Went to this subway onevening of 8th of december but don't know why but the girl was very rude. Felt like she was having her personal problem and because of that customer is suffering.
Can't even give what the customer is asking for. As a vegetarian i only have 2 options in sub and then also she can't prepare accordingly then whats the meaning of visiting to your store. Go and close your store.

Very bad service. Even after igave review and was expecting from manager to contact me, They didn’t. Rather they just replied that next time my experience gonna be better. But i am not gonna go to this shitty place if they don't make sure that i will have proper satisfaction for the money that i will pay for. Better choose to go to robie street.

I ordered two footlongs and clearly asked for extra crispy onions both online and in-store, but Diana refused, saying there’s a limit. I paid $25 and still didn’t get what I asked for. What’s the point of ordering from this store if they can’t add a little more? And the behavior was also looking rude.
And when it was time to grill she kept both subs together and because of that some part of my sub was not properly grilled.
If you guys don't want to add what customer is asking for i would suggest you guys to close your store. Go and get training.
Never gonna order from this greedy subway anymore who cares for their money instead of customer's requirements for just a matter of cents.

Ordered through the app, only because I have no other choice if I want to use coupons now… I had just gotten off of a 10 hour shift at 2am. When I walked in the store was disgusting but that’s normal for that time as there are usually drunk people around. Waited by the cash for about 5 minutes, no one greeted me or even acknowledged that I was there. When the employee finally came to the counter and I said the order, it had just been sitting there behind the cash the whole time I was standing there.
I like my sub a certain way and I always leave very specific instructions with my order. Not only were my instructions not followed but the basic instructions of my order weren’t followed. My husband ordered multiple sauces as he likes a lot of sauces, but this time there was hardly any on his sub. I asked for light or “less” lettuce as it says in the app but there was more lettuce than the black olives that I ordered extra of. We always get our subs toasted, my husband’s double toasted. The subs were not toasted AT ALL.
We live about 20 minutes from this subway as it’s the one closest to my work. I was not about to drive all the way back. If it weren’t for the fact that this is the only 24 hour subway in the city; I would not be back. Unfortunately I have no choice…
Please train your employees to actually read the order receipt when completing a pickup order. The whole order should be read over before starting the sub and read as they are making it. I really don’t understand how this happened, and disappointed in the lack of customer service. It shouldn’t matter if it’s 2 in the morning or 2 in the afternoon, all of the customers deserve the same treatment and attention.

I ordered online from subway app, but i by mistakenly choose wrong pickup time and a guy name MIKE was really helpful and he made our order really nice and quick.

This is the first time I m ever dropping a bad review for a place . And solely based on service . My uber eats ordered was misplaced . I got someone else’s order . I called subway and told them I don’t eat chicken and I got the wrong order . She didn’t even apologize once and said “ you can throw it then “. I am sorry but I work in restaurant too and people make mistakes . At least be apologetic and nice .
