This is the first time I m ever dropping a bad review for a place . And solely based on service . My uber eats ordered was misplaced . I got someone else’s order . I called subway and told them I don’t eat chicken and I got the wrong order . She didn’t even apologize once and said “ you can throw it then “. I am sorry but I work in restaurant too and people make mistakes . At least be apologetic and nice .

I ordered yesterday around 11:30pm, there was two girls and my order was take out:. We had one veggie delight and one teryakki on italian herb and cheese… when we about yo eat that both breads were too hard even we couldn’t eat and had to throw… it happened because the girls were too busy and bread was filled with veggies after so long and bread got heard!! Kindly make it properly so that we can eat atleast! Thanks

The girl who worked on Saturday evening was extremely rude. She refused to answer our questions about the food and walked out of the store with her phone. Very rude and unprofessional customer service

Ordered online from this location. They didn’t made it according to the instructions and it was barely some sauce on sandwiches. It was super dry. Sometimes they forget to put cheese, proper veggies and this time no sauce.

Poor service from this location. I ordered footlong sub online and they didn’t put any sauce in that whereas I put in my order. When I went back to the store and showed the girl, she didn’t even apologize and saying “cheese” a sauce, like we were eating subway for the first time??? Never gonna go back to this location. She should at least apologize for that, but was having a bad attitude. I hope it will help the store manager to give her the training again and hope she will learn how to accept our own mistakes.
