I visited today their outlet at Halifax Shopping Centre. The employee at the counter seemed least interested in serving and was preparing the sandwich in a haste and looked irritated. I took a foot long Tuna and the girl cut the sandwich in 2 part and hurrily wrapped tbe sandich in one paper. I was there with my son and she did not even give me a chance to say to wrap it in 2 different papers. When I asked her she said it is a policy to cit but custiner have to tell us to wrap separately. Upon telling her that she did not even wait a second for me to tell her the other girl just wtapped the sandwich in another paper and put a tape on it. While u wrapping the paper came out. I get that there was a queue behind but that is no excuse to serve food in a haste and with no politeness.

Ordered chicken teriyaki and had only two bites and had to throw away. The sandwich was not double wrapped and everything was coming out. The worst sandwich ever tried from subway. The girl who served had hair opened was coming on her face. The management needs to train staff well.

Probably the worst subway i have ever been to. No smile, rude customer service. They were putting no effort in making the sandwich. Didn’t push the veggies and sauce in it with knife. The sauces felt like they were just outside the sandwich. Even a kid would have a better sandwich. Do better.

One of the nicest subways in the city. The staff there are super nice and helpful, specially Ramen and Simi. They have been wonderful and super friendly everytime I have visited the establishment. No matter whether I order online or in person the staff has always been nice and have always gotten my order correctly. I am glad to have them in the mall and is my go to place for lunch.
