She is a good petions with me and give a wonderful service. I really appreciate.
I ordered online breakfast sandwich from HSC location, it was ready in few minutes , fresh, warm, juicy and delicious, all staff were very friendly and efficient and I really enjoyed my food!!

You should give proper training to employees, she cut the bread, didn’t even open it up, just throw in the toaster, and it’s like rock. I didn’t even eat have to throw it out. Wastage of money and food. Please don’t do this to your customers.

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience at your Subway location.
The staff ( Simmi and Brar ) was friendly and efficient, making my visit enjoyable. I appreciated how they took the time to customize my sandwich exactly to my liking, ensuring fresh ingredients and generous portions.
The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining. I also noticed that the team was attentive to food safety and cleanliness, which is always reassuring.

I had a terrible experience at Subway today due to their shockingly poor customer service. I was patiently waiting in line for a long time, and when it was finally my turn to order, I was told to step aside and wait an additional 20 minutes! Apparently, my online order had just been accepted while I was standing there, way behind in the queue. This made no sense, as I was physically in the store the whole time. The staff showed no regard , prioritizing other orders over mine even after me patiently waiting in the queue the manager Aubrey was rather extremely rude and not helpful at all. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Really shitty service of this subway. The manager or owner have 0 customer skill. He don't know how to apologize for making wrong order. I ordered 2 footlong veggie patty through subway app with sauces and this subway team didn't put any single sauce and when i came back next day to complaint with pictures they said they can't put more than 4 sauces in one subway because it will fell off. If this is the case why don't let me know while handling the order. If they can't put more than 4 sauce why they didn't put any single sauce, atleast put 4 sauces. It is common sense and owner arguing as its my fault. He gave me vocher of 6 inch which i was not able to use for days, because whenever i go there they said it can't be redeemed. In 3rd day redeemed it . Whole staff including manager/owner need proper training to deal with customer in nicer way and making proper orders 🙂. Thank you for wasting my time and i will never come back here in this location again.

I had a disappointing experience with the staff. There were three employees working, yet none of them smiled, greeted me, or even said thank you. I ordered two chimichurri veggie subs, but the cashier rang up chimichurri steak instead. When I questioned her before paying, she insisted, quite rudely, that she was correct. After receiving my receipt and showing her the mistake, she refunded my money but did so with a lot of attitude and without any apology. To make matters worse, she was the manager, named Raman. I think your service needs serious improvement.

Their customer service is so good. They give proper attention to every customer and their orders too. Always be at this subway whenever I visit HSC. Specially Raman’s customer service is brilliant.

Worst experience with staff, 3 people were working there and no one had a smile on their face, no hello, no thank you nothing. I ordered two chimichuri veggie subs and she rung in me for chimichuri steak and before paying I confirmed with her and she said with very attitude that no i am right. When i got my receipt and show her she returned my money with full of attitude even she didn’t apologize for that and she working as a manager over there name raman. You should improve your service i think.

I visited the Halifax Shopping Center's Subway today. I'm not sure why the cashier woman is giving other customers in the back of the store priority. was rushing to complete before I was done with my options and wasn't paying attention to my order. She behaved very differently against brown people than she did toward white people. Why not? because I'm brown ? They ought to have realised that brown people pay the same price for their orders as do white customers. In the future, I will not prefer this store and I will not tell my friends to do the same. They might receive the same treatment as I got today.
Placed an order through the app. Location 'didn"t recieve the order' though payment went through. Was told to contact customer service which isn't immediately possible, beyond the fact that necessary information to fill out customer service form wasn't provided. After an hour and being very late for work, I was unable to eat. Horrible experience all around. Will not be recommending*Edit* It's been three days and I still haven't received a response or refund from Subway

Make something wrong on the sandwich then I get blamed and ridiculed great way to make a customer feel like they matter. Will be contacting the better business bureau
