I drop by this wee bakery cafe every time I go to the warehouse market - it's my sweet treat for loading up on veggies. Sometimes I have to wait cause they're often super busy, but it's ALWAYS worth it! Friendly staff remember my fave drink order (strawberry yuzu lemonade!!), and the fact that I always buy a madeleine for my mom :). A thoughtful, kind crew that produces the best in-house baked goods in Halifax! Esp love the almond and cinnamon rolls, basque cheesecake, and Mum's madeleine (ANY flavour). Give them some LOVE!

Suda is my family's favourite cafe in Halifax! The food is excellent, appropriately priced. I recommend their daily fresh pastries, focaccia (before they sell out for the day!), and their drinks. I particularly appreciate that their hot drinks (my personal favourites being their matcha latte and their new hojicha latte) are ready-to-drink and not too hot. And the staff are so sweet and even know our beverage preferences since we come here consistently!

10/10. The amazing treats and beverages are matched only by their staff. Everyone is kind and on the freaking ball! Everyone’s works so hard to make some pretty incredible stuff. My personal fav is the salted butter roll with cream cheese and a strawberry iced latte. It’s a creamy salty sweet jammy crunchy combo that leaves you filled and blissful. It’s worth the trip and every second of anticipation. 💝
