We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. A mandatory 15% tip was requested from us without prior notice on the menu. When we requested to adjust the tip amount, the staff responded negatively and unprofessionally. This left a very negative impression on our overall experience.

The food here is so good! And the better is the service here. Like, Flora gave us very detailed instructions about how to choose the foods we wanted. She gave us the sense of like family members. Good sushi in Sushi Nami Royal.

I used to love Sushi Nami, however today my friends and I-all of us were immediately sick after our dinner at Sushi Nami. The food tasted okay at that moment, not the high quality meal I have had many times before there, however all of us got sick, and one even got food poisoning. The service was top notch, but please get your food quality up to standard!

Great sushi! The server was good; but was busy (lunch time rush). Miso soup and side salad flavourful. Spicy Edamame, very good!The green tea was average. Overall a really good dining experience!

This is the worst fried udon noodles I've ever had, it's not worth spending a penny at this store! There are a lot of onions, and the chicken has no taste at all! I’ll never come back to this restaurant again！！

I used to be a regular here, but after being let down twice in a row, I won't be ordering from this restaurant again!
The past two times I ordered from this restaurant, I got home, opened my order, and found there was no wasabi or ginger included - despite explicitly requesting it. Both times, they didn't ask me if I wanted wasabi/ginger included in the order, even though it is a basic expectation with sushi. And despite my specific request to include it, they still didn't provide it.
I order takeout for convenience, but having to drive back to pick up part of my order, twice in a row, is very frustrating. When I spoke to the staff, they barely acknowledged the mistake and didn’t offer any meaningful apology or solution. While I'm sure it was a simple oversight the first time, I was disappointed to see it happen again, especially with no effort made to correct it.
I used to be a loyal customer, but I expect more from them. I won't be ordering from here again.

My girlfriend and I ordered sushi tonight for takeout and asked multiple times to make sure there would be wasabi and ginger with our order (because last order didn’t have it) and they told us no problem. We opened up our takeout and there was no wasabi or ginger!!
This was incredibly frustrating, and when my girlfriend called to voice her frustration as this was the SECOND time this has happened the manager couldn’t have cared less. Very poor customer service leaving both of us disappointed and not wanting to come back to this location when there are so many other great options around that take care of their customers and their concerns.
