ordered a timed order on the app. As soon as I parked in the valet pickup spots, I checked in online and they brought the food out in less than 5 mins. Very impressed with the timing and the food was exactly as ordered and packaged well for the drive home. Staff was friendly during our brief interaction as well.

Went for our annual Christmas meal and the place was pretty empty. Seated right away but then our server ghosted us. Three other groups came in and had their orders taken while we sat in the middle of the restaurant forgotten. By 15 minutes, the other tables had their food and still no sign of our server. We got up to leave and another server apologized for their colleague. We drove a few minutes to the outlet in Clayton Park and it was a completely different experience. That location is always busy but the service is very good. Don't know what's the problem on Kempt Rd.
I call and they tell me there is no delivery at 6pm. Well why do you advertise delivery?Garbage service in Halifax N.S. Kempt Rd Store. NEVER AGAIN

Finally someone comes out to greet the crowd but tells us she's actually not on the clock.Gentlemen before us let her know that he's been waiting ten minutes to buy a gift card.This is the second time we've visited that there's been a crowd and a wait for a hostess to acknowledge customers.
