Best ramen in town. Incredible gyoza and tasty sushi. I have no clue how they get their pork so tender in the ramen. Staff are super friendly; they remember me and my wife and our usual orders. Feels like coming home for dinner.

When the weather is cold, this is my go to spot for the Hokkaido ramen. It is a treat for a cold Fall dinner. Their sushi is great too, lots of options for sashimi, proper entrees, soups, apps etc. I usually like eating in the restaurant but find that takeaway is great too, as they are quick. It’s a good spot for families, a friend catch-up or even a date. Come try their food, you won’t be disappointed ☺️

It was an awesome experience as usual at Tako sushi my favorite smoke salmon roll is golden and Kudos for their staff especially to Boyong for the recommendation! We'll be back and I'mma get that Sapporo beer next time! ?

Best sushi in the city hands down! I've tried many other sushi places and some I have been going to on regular but with those sushi spots, the quality went down hill and the service just kept getting worse.
Tako sushi is so close to me so I wanted to give them a try and I'm so happy I did! The service was absolutely amazing and the quality of the sushi was the best I had! I ordered take out and the girl on the phone had recommend a few rolls to me, so I went with her recommendations where this was my first time ordering from them, they have an amazing selection of rolls. I was so impressed! I will definitely be making this my regular go to spot for now on when I want to go out or get take out for sushi. Highly highly recommend!

Best ramen in Bedford! Been here twice and it did not dissapoint! Service is fast. Restaurant is quaint and very clean/tidy. I ordered the tokai ramen, the broth was perfection and the pork belly really tender. Portions are large and menu is very reasonably priced. I look forward to my next visit and sharing this local gem with friends :)

Review from October 2024 (lunch) had the tonkotsu ramen today and it was perfection. Perfectly seasoned thick rich pork broth with perfectly textured ramen noodles. Service was good. My only issue was the bbq pork was a bit dry but I would definitely go back.
Review from 2019 (dinner, 1 star): slow service. Dirty dishware. Hawaiian poke apparently means an order of sashimi with loads of normal soy sauce with green onions on top for double the price. Ramen noodle tasted overcooked, pork was salty. Only one really slow waitress for weekend lunch rush who didn't come check up on us at all so we had to go up and help ourselves..
Love the Hokkaido ramen, the sushi is good too. Generous portions and the staff are very friendly
