I always go to Tanners subs...amazing prices that can not be beat. Subs taste amazing, there is a great amount of meat on the subs and lots of veggies to choose from. One of the best sub joints in the city, out the door for less than $10 for a footlong Turkey Bacon sub. Also they have excellent ice cream and other food options that are all great price and taste great. They also have a "Chicken Burger" style chicken burger that is just as good.

It's unbelievable how cheap the subs are here. I got a foot long cold cut for $6. In 2024. That's unbelievable. It almost reminds me of donini's pizza a decade ago when they had those flyers and you couldn't believe how cheap it was. Now that place is called North Street Pizza and it's the same price as everywhere else.. but I digress.I give the sub in a vacuum a 3.5 rounded up for this review. Very good, much better than Subway (at literally speaking half the price) but I'd put it below Kelly's. At that price though it's a 5 star review.

I got 2 turkey foot longs.. bro followed every single instruction.... and..... was on point with portions of veggies etc....everything was fresh....ask for what you want and you'll get it... 10 outta 10 for me.... Alright Tanners ? I'll see U before I see subway again.

Been wanting to come here a while. Did not disappoint. The staff were really nice and the food was great. Definitely way better than subway and pretty much the same price or cheaper.Edit :forgot to mention, the owner does a lot for the community and has always given back. Not only are you rewarding someone local, you are keeping the money local and giving back to the community. He provided free food at many charity events I've been to and has given generous support to sports teams in the area. The thing is, I would have given 5 stars for the food without considering this.

Never again will I go to subway knowing this place is 2 minutes away. Great prices, fresh bread, and they load up your sub with whatever toppings you want. When I ask for olives at tanners, I get an entire layer of olives VS the light dusting I get at subway. My only suggestion would be to add a spicy mayo option to the sauces, and parmesan cheese to the seasonings, but I don't mind switching up my order and trying something new.If you're around the spryfield area and you're looking for a cheap, filling, and satisfying sub, go to Tanners. They're much better then other subs for half the price.

Nice and polite staff, great new layout, the food is good and a good price. I was shocked when I was told it would be $5 more to add 2 strips of bacon, I just wanted a pizza sub and it turned into awkward silence when I asked what normally goes on a pizza sub.
