If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. The Tarek’s in Fairview is absolutely delicious and the staff are exceptionally welcoming. You walk in and get handed a homemade bowl of soup for free that’s so yummy while you wait for your meal to be prepared. Reasonable prices and extremely delicious food. I go anytime I get the chance.

After hearing about Tarek's for years, I was able to have my first experience yesterday! It was amazing!
The service was top notch, and I really enjoyed the warmth and kindness shown to me by the staff. They are such sweet people.
The food was wonderful, the options were plentiful and service was quick and comfortable. I thought it was so sweet that they had us eat first and then come up to pay after. The lovely lady at the counter told me that she didn't want my food to get cold. Very very kind.
I am looking forward to going back and can understand why it is a Halifax staple.

Tarek’s is always great! While living in Halifax it was my favourite place to eat, not just for 5he food but the welcome from Tarik, Karen and all of the staff. Sure wish there was a Tarek’s here!

I don't recommend going there on your lunch you will waste your time regardless of that fact they do not keep the order of the line and often skip you to serve preferred customers that's what happened to me today I ordered and someone I knew that came in a while after me was served in a matter of 5 minutes and then they serve the table of five and just kept telling me that mine was coming this isn't fair and it shows nepotism. They were rather surprised I knew the name of the person they served instead of me it's a small world and Halifax I will never go back to Terex or recommend them to anybody ever again

BE CAREFUL if anyone go to here for maintenance of store . I went here for window clean . i did clean window . old man from restaurant do not paid money to me even he abused me . He donot deserve respect . I suggest he should need to learn how to talk with someone and should be honest.
