This is a very simple review. If you want fresh, authentic mid-eastern food that is well prepared and modestly priced then this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed. You will be greeted by the owner and made to feel like a welcomed guest. Note that the decor is very modest, but this only adds to the authentic atmosphere. Once you try it, you will become a regular.
Staff was super welcoming and friendly! Made great recommendations for first-timers and gave free soup while we waited, and the food was absolutely delicious. Large portion sizes for about $20.
I hired Tareks for catering on this week and OH MY GOODNESS! Fantastic as always; Incredibly fresh, flavourful and so easy! I told him how many people and he gave suggestions and was the least stressful catering order I have ever placed. It arrived hot and fresh and perfectly on time. So much food we all had a second plate and still had leftovers at the end. Highly recommend Tareks for any time lunches, dinners or catering. Has to be one of the best in the city, not one complaint...
