Whoever decided to cut the veggies like this has clearly never eaten a general Thai before. I shouldn’t have to choose between a bite of chicken or a mouth full of carrot and onion. The whole point in this dish is the marrying of flavours and they make that impossible with how lazy the veggies are cut. Also screwed up my friends order. Wouldn’t come here again.

I used to enjoy eating here. Getting some yummy Pad thai or Pad Seew.
I was there recently. It's gotten too expensive!
I think I got a bad serving too because I didn't tip. I ended up with hard, overcooked, or re-cooked? inedible sprouts mixed in, 4 small pieces of chicken. in a soup of sauce.
Not normal. I've always enjoyed their food, but I'm done due to the current 2025 prices.

Food was excellent. Came out really fast. It's nice and new and clean inside. We were finished. I was trying to wave to her to ask for dessert and coffee. In the end i walked up to the counter and asked. They dont offer dessert. So i mentioned a few at the table wanted coffee. We had to ask for take away containers and our bill. So go for the food. Took away a star for meh service and no dessert menu.

Honestly I did ordered this yesterday food then next day my stomach had severe painful cramps so I Honestly dont recommend i just want refund fully back. Hope you get attention that I post reviews I dont recommend this restaurant again.

These guys in HSC, always do my Tom Yum soup right. Today, chef Yulan made the perfect noodle soup. Spice just right, texture of noodles PERFECT. ample amount of chicken and veg!! Yum Tom Tum for Thai Express!

I really love this restaurant! The food is always fresh and super yummy. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome every time. One of my favourite spots to grab a quick and tasty meal at the mall. Highly recommend!

The woman who took my order was incredibly ignorant. Every time I go there, this woman has been nothing but rude. Its my final time ever eating at this location

The only closest thing about Thailand in Thai Express were the names of the food.

One time I ordered basil fried rice and a non-thai-asian-male gave one leaf of basil and one pea-size carrot.

Another time I ordered their deal meal and gave me FOOD POISONING. I sent my complaints (with receipt) on their main website, the day after I got sick. Then, they emailed me asking what exactly is wrong with the food. How can they prevent cross contamination if, they don't seemed to know common health issues that arise from it.
