It’s also how I feel about their Pad Thai. I love spicy chicken Pad Thai. Today I was at The Halifax Shopping Center when my craving hit. There was no line (unusual). My food took about as long as usual to prepare. I get a cup of peanuts with it and a set of chop sticks. Although it wasn’t as spicy as I like, it was one of the best I’ve had in a while.Cons:I’ve noticed they don’t seem to cut up the chicken very well and I find myself wanting a utensil to do it myself.Otherwise I miss the blocks of tofu. I’ve got to remember to ask for it because I don’t seem to get any these days unless they are cutting it up so small that I don’t notice. I doubt this (see my 1st con)NOTE: The hours were incorrectly listed when I wrote this. I’ve submitted corrections as the food court including Thai Express is open 9:30am-9:00pm Monday-Saturday

I personally love Thai Express and like to treat myself to a General Thairacha sometimes. I’ve never been to this location before but WOW. This location in my opinion is much better than the DC location. I am highly impressed with how great this meal was given how busy the mall was.I think I found my preferred location when getting a General Thairacha!!Thank you so much for the great meal!!

Long story short, please have the correct price on the menu display screen. Thanks to the cashier who tried to give me the food cheaper price, according to her, but the price difference from what the she's offering and what its said on the screen behind her made me confused and misunderstand her intention. How much is the Sunday Combo and Sunday Duo by the way?

I ordered food from them two times and they cancelled the order both times, without any note on why they cancelled the order. My friends also experienced the same. Not recommended!

It’s so disappointing! The pad thai I ordered has barely any noodles! It was all beansprouts!!?? and they changed the noodles too!! What?!! Also the ladies at the counter seem like they are not even on planet Earth…

Realize bad experience as a customer. Staff literally ignored. Specially cook is misbehaved. And aggressive. They don’t care about the customer service.
