I went here before but now they have a new cook. I think he's Korean, an older guy, who is super adorable and friendly. His cooking is way better. Everything tastes like it should with proper portions. I ordered the chicken with pineapple and rice for the second time. Excellent!

The salad roll looked like a burrito, the bean sprouts inside was old and the rice wrap was hard and falling apart. The Thai noodles were fine.

This location is really a hit or miss. But, I’d like to mention that this particular day was my favourite.The perfect amount of spice, fast service (even when the place had a lineup), and the quantity was amazing!(Also - YOU CAN ASK FOR IT IN A BOWL FOR AN EXTRA $0.50)I seen a lot of negative comments here which I can agree, they have their bad days. But I’ve been to this location a lot and have had more good days then bad.In fact, I always get a good quantity at this location.

i thought the last time i got the terrible soup it was a one off..veggies were raw rarely any meat, they just literally threw broth over the veggies.. but then the other day i got pad thai and it was again absolutley disgusting.i didnt even give it to my dog...20$ down the toilet .Prices go up everywhere while quality goes down and we should accept it like good little slaves.

Not sure what happened here. We order DoorDash for an evening meal. I think this is a lunch counter for weekdays. Had mango salad (large) which had 6 little slivers of mango on iceberg lettuce for almost ten dollars! Also Pad Thai and massaman curry. Small portions but hefty price. Both dishes very unsatisfying. Maybe this place is ok for lunch but not for dinner. There will no repeat. Order from Talay Thai.

Today I placed an order and I made a mistake, I ordered wrongly due to the difficulty of speaking English and even less their language but I took the food because I didn't even know how to return it so I sat down and cried because I was frustrated... My Korean friend arrived and sorted everything out. making the correct order but when they saw that I was devastated, they had empathy and solidarity and gave me my money back.Not because of that, but because they put themselves in someone else’s shoes. Guys, I promise to train and not get my order wrong again! Gratitude to everyone.

Gave me the wrong order multiple times through a delivery service. An employee wrote on my order they didn't know what tofu was so they gave me chicken. That's not the same thing and NOT interchangeable when you don't eat chicken - I tried to pick it out but it was shredded throughout. When asked to correct the order they did it again ......... multiple ruined meals. Eat at a different location is my advice.I tried to contact Thai Express before I wrote this review. I also attempted to contact the restaurant directly by phone many times after the last order. They answer and then hang up on you without speaking if you call, but you can hear the restaurant. They also acknowledged receipt of my email but never did reply. I will not patronize Thai Express again after this experience.

The male cook ( I’m mentioning male cos there was a male and a female ) was extreme rude. I was on the phone and he thought I’m talking to him and god knows got upset with what ! He gave me aggressive stares and was very rude.worst is he didn’t even give me my complete order. I was almost about to call authorities but then was like forget it. I love Thai express but I’m never visiting them again !
