Thai Express Restaurant Halifax

Is it just me or has the food quality decreased to the point of making this a very poor value with the price increases. Food quality not good Even down to the fountain pop mixture being really bad. Haven't eaten here for a year or so. Will not be returning .
Update... I have been contacted several times since this review from the customer service team. They seem to be taking the reviews seriously & want to have the customer satisfied. 5 stars for their efforts in this regard.

I’m extremely disappointed with my visit to Thai Express in Halifax. One particular staff member exhibited not only rudeness but also outright racist behavior towards me. Such conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment. It’s alarming to see a restaurant that fails to ensure a welcoming and respectful environment for all customers. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses this behavior, as it can tarnish the reputation of the restaurant and drive away potential patrons. I urge others to think twice before dining here until this matter is resolved.

Rude staff. No customer service. There is a washroom but they always decline. Why the hell they build washroom..? So that people cannot use it..? Shameless people because they decline the use of washroom to delivery people.

Not sure what happened here. We ordered DoorDash for an evening meal. I think this is a lunch counter for weekdays. Had mango salad (large) which had 6 little slivers of mango on iceberg lettuce for almost ten dollars! Also Pad Thai and massaman curry. Small portions but hefty price. Both dishes very unsatisfying. Maybe this place is ok for lunch but not for dinner. There will be no repeat. Order from Talay Thai.

Sure enough, it is a super fast restaurant. The taste is not good. The Thai style noodles and Tom Yum Noodles are not authentic. The noodles are very hard. To be honest, they are not as delicious as instant noodles.

Ordered 4 number 8’s to go we live in upper Tantallon got home. They gave us all pad Thai phone to complain they said too busy and hung up. nobody speaks English several times we said number eight thick noodle, yes yes , wrong order.

Dirty. Tables full of food pieces, needed to ask them to clean it. Bins with food for the meals didn't look great either. Nice personnel.

Thai food that’s my favourite food but after eating in your restaurant I believe you must need cooking classes from right Thai chef I made order for red curry with rice lol in literally in 1:30 minutes food was ready but chicken was cold and curry was taste less I guess it’s my life’s most terrible Thai food I ever had please don’t ripoff the people,if they are paying $23 plus for only single serve atleast we deserve good food quality not rubish.

Bad service for the Lady cashier using the phone while serving, rude to Uber driver she said that he can’t use the washroom. There’s a lot of people who’s looking for job. Be grateful lazy lady.
