When we arrived the host was nice and friendly, had a table cleaned off in no time and we were seated. Our server came a few minutes later and took our order. I ordered the pork belly submarine with sweet potato fries and beer. My companion ordered pork belly tacos with waffle fries. When our food came the aioli for my sweet potato fries was missing so I asked for that and our waitress left. Just as we were about to start eating we realized we had no cutlery or napkins. Another server brought my aioli and we asked for cutlery and napkins. None arrived... Our server came by with the bill for another table and we asked her for cutlery and napkins she said sure no problem. We ended up finishing our meal without either of those things. It was busy in the restaurant, but it certainly wasn't packed. I'm less than impressed that I had to eat my entire meal without the basics. At least the food was tasty.

Just enjoyed All You Can Eat wings at the auction house! Had the honey garlic and auction (in house) bbq sauce was soooo good! had it with the cotton candy cosmo which was amazing

The pistachio goat cheese burger is honestly the best burger I've ever had. The service was unfortunately not good. The staff was obviously working very hard but there wasn't enough servers to offer a satisfying experience. Maybe 6pm on a Friday is not the best time to visit.

We went on a Saturday evening when all the other restaurants were packed and this one was empty. I was a little nervous it wasn’t going to be good where we were literally the only ones there but the food was fantastic and the waitress was lovely.

Incredible servers, local beers and great local entertainment. Would highly recommend.
Our group of six had a reservation, before a concert at scotiabank center. Server was good, changed our table for us since we were initially seated next to the band who was setting up. We wanted a quieter spot. It was busy with concert goers but service speed was fine. Food was terrible. I asked to swap the fish for a flank steak and this was accommodated. The dish was halibut (now steak) with roasted veg, potatos, and chimichurri sauce. The steak was over cooked and tough. I had no chimichurri sauce. The potatos were fine, nothing special but the veg was raw! It was broccolini, carrot and cauliflower. They must have cooked it just until the broccolini was cooked because that was the only cooked veg. Other members of our party had the goat cheese pistachio burger, this was delicious. The regular burger was deemed tasteless. The fish and chips was well overcooked. I did tell my server about the undercooked veg and he offered to bring me new but I didn't have time due to the concert. Our bill was full of errors. We were charged for our friend's appetizer, and another dish was deemed for the table and we all paid for some. When I have ordered an appie to share the server has always asked me how I want that charged. He did not ask. So we paid over $20 for food we didn't order or eat. Again, he offered to redo all the bills but this meant refunding and paying again, and we had no time. Biggest problem was the food.

I'll give the Auction House two stars because the service was decent.. on the other hand, the food was not good. Over the course of one meal, we had bits of plastic in our dishes (first time in the beer glass, second time in our cauliflower bits), our bao buns had pork that was only fat, and the steak was under cooked.

Went for the first time during burger week and was thoroughly disappointed. Burger was not close to what was advertised and was not good at all. Guy at the door was weird (Saturday April 13). Me and my girlfriend got ID'd on the way in, despite it being 5pm with tons of kids/families inside, and us not ordering alcohol. Other, younger adults entering after us were not ID'd. Atmosphere and server were good.

my food was great (fish and chips) but my partner got the burger from burger bash and it was awful, he said the flavours don’t go together at all.
the server was super nice and all but we asked for ranch for our mozza sticks, never got that. We also asked for waters when we ordered our food and they never came. Cutlery wasn’t given before or with the meal, so I had to wait and flag down the server
overall probably won’t go back, but hoping this is a one off type of situation. I would want to give benefit of the doubt!
