Hi today i visited this place first time and i highly recommend to everyone to visit there the atmosphere of this place is very good and the staff member also how she treated customers is wonderful and i really liked the food overe there.

I loved The Bread Lounge when it first opened. The customer service has gone down hill over the last 2 years. Recently, I went for what will be the last time. I asked for an iced latte, which was ON THE MENU and I was told "we don't serve lattes". I ordered a cake slice as well, which proved to be incredibly dry to the point it was crumbling...

I had high expectations for The Bread Lounge Bakery, but my visit was a complete letdown. The icing on the cake was terrible, lacking any pleasant flavour or texture. The sponge was equally disappointing - dry and crumbly like old bread, and the filling was just garbage, ruining the entire experience. Overall, a deeply unsatisfying list that fell far below the bakery's reputed standards.

Can’t speak to anything other then cake ordering through this company. We were disappointed as the cake order was not ready at time of pickup, not only that but the order was missed and we were offered delivery which was then retracted and told we’d have to pick up the cake after closing at another location. Cake doesn’t seem to be the one we ordered, unsure if actually vegan, and was very dry and disappointing. Don’t recommend.

I went in for breakfast while waiting for my tires to get changed across the road. Was apprehensive because there wasn't any sandwiches that screamed "breakfast" to me, but I ordered the special where you get coffee, a sandwich and a pastry. Came to about $12.The sandwich was amazing, so flavourful, and the pastry (apple streudel) was delicious, with pastry that was soft, so it didn't explode all over the table while I ate it.My only issue was with the server. He got to me fast enough, but never actually looked at me, kept his head down, and had to keep getting him to repeat himself cause he kept mumbling. Was my only issue.Back on the plus side, the "lounge" part of the name really comes through! I sat on the couch with my food and a magazine, and was very comfortable for the hour I was there. I definitely would have stayed longer if I could!This place is definitely a hidden gem, and I'm hoping I just caught the staff on a bad day, cause it's definitely a place I want to go back to. Highly recommend
