Food was great. Service was terrible. My husband and I stopped in for supper during pride. We sat on the deck over looking Spring Garden Road, it was nice. After the waitress taking forever we order drinks and supper. Thought drinks would come out fairly quickly as they were not busy at all. I had to go in an ask for them. The 2 employees were in their phones and ignored me until I spoke to them. Totally unexceptionable. I’ve been in customer services for years and certainly can appreciate the stress that comes with dealing with people but it seemed they could care less we were there. Felt like we were bothering and interrupting them. We definitely will Not be back. It’s a shames as we strive to support local businesses.

DO NOT EAT here! The videos etc are all crap. All we could eat was the rice and it was cold. I refused to pay for the food. $180 for 3 drinks and unedible food. Portions tiny not any where near a pound lol not that it mattered as couldnt eat it rubber and potatoes under cooked. All of it was horrible. Other customers were complaining as well. Dont waste your time or miney here.

Crawfish were tiny, much smaller than expected. It was VERY expensive for what was received. The corn was cold and the 3 slices of potatoes were less than expected as well. It’s a neat concept just needs to be better executed. Would not recommend for seafood.

One of the biggest culinary disappointments of my life. I ordered lobster and rice. The lobster had maybe 2 Oz of edible meat. The rice was a cold flavourless blob. The “corn on the cob” was a half cob of overcooked garbage I’m still hungry, paying my $80 bill and going to eat at a decent restaurant
It’s over-priced. $45lb for lobster You don’t get much in the boil bag. 1/2 pc of corn is a joke.

We ordered delivery for a standard 3x fish and chips and a shrimp and chips.The fish didn’t taste fresh at all, super fishy, and tasted like it had been cooked for awhile, we could’ve even eat it. also not hot on arrival ( that part is probably Uber eats) the shrimp tasted like it was already breaded from freezer box to fryer. I don’t usually complain unless absolutely necessary but paying $40+ I feel it necessary as we were very disappointed. Ordering from a seafood restaurant I expected better quality. I could have ordered better fish and chips from the pizza place around the corner for way cheaper. Will not be ordering from there again :(

Amazing service and great staff !! My first time going and it was an all around experience itself. Enjoyed snow and king crab. The portions were huge but perfect. I even took my shrimp and mussels home they were awesome even an hour later. I highly recommend the mix and match as well as captain boil sauce for shrimp and mussels and garlic butter sauce for crab. Price wasn’t as bad as I was thinking but for both it was 111$ plus tip. I really enjoyed

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt that this is necessary. Customer service is absolutely disgusting. One of the staff has an AirPods on while working so it’s so hard to call his attention. The portion of the food is less than what it is advertised. Kitchen staff refused to weigh the food ordered and start raising voice to the customer, they also forgot to put the fried rice in my order. Too expensive but really terrible service.
