Such an amazing 5 star experience! Laura is an absolute star!!!! SO attentive, kind, and clearly someone who loves what she does. She made the whole night feel extra special, and the food was unreal across the board. One of those meals you keep thinking about after you leave!!!

The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice and the service was excellent—friendly and attentive. However, the food did not fully meet my expectations. We ordered The Five Fish Experience, but it arrived slightly cold, and the risotto felt a bit firm, as if it needed more cooking time. Overall, the experience was pleasant thanks to the ambiance and service, but I was expecting more from the food.

Went here with my partner to celebrate our first anniversary and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! My partner and I are hard of hearing and they were very considerate in taking that into account when seating us. Our server Laura treated us like royalty and made it a night to remember. The 5 Fishermen restaurant was amazing! The food, the atmosphere and the staff were all great. The manager even went to every table to check on the customers…to me, that is over and above service. We had the prime rib that was melt in your mouth fantastic. I know it will definitely be on our list of places to eat when we return to Halifax.

Absolutely fantastic. Laura was wonderful, accommodating with our asks. Service was top notch. I would highly recommend this restaurant and if I'm ever back to Halifax I will return for a great meal. We had the seafood risotto.
