This restaurant is INCREDIBLE. I've never had Filipino cuisine before, and this food is genuinely some of the best food I've ever had. I ordered "Soup combo 1" which includes congee, tokwat baboy, buchi and a drink. The soup (congee) is a beef broth base with rice and chives. It is hot (temperature), incredibly flavourful and so comforting. The tokwat baboy is a dish with crispy pork and tofu in a soy/sesame sauce with onions and chives. When I say crispy I mean TO PERFECTION. It had a beautiful crust on it with a juicy, flavourful interior. The buchi is a rice ball of sorts with a bean paste inside and a sesame seed crust. It leaned towards a sweet and was a lovely thing to enjoy my coffee! My coffee was also excellent. They brought me a tall cup brimming with a rich blend.The food came fast, fresh, and steaming.The atmosphere and service have a very down-to-earth, local family restaurant feel.Overall this hole-in-the-wall place in Fairview, Halifax is to die for.

We have eaten here several times and since my wife is a Filipino and she caters too she wouldn't eat here if the food wasn't good tasting. I usually have their all day breakfast because their dishes taste good to me. We usually go to it for a late lunch. My opinion is the foods pretty good and not too expensive for what you get.
