Great food (haddock), live music, great history & character. Sadly my search for a pub without wobbly tables continues. You wipe it, it wobbles, you fix it, how hard is that? Apparently extremely difficult for nearly all pub servers…
I went there for the first time this afternoon, it was a…ok experience. The pub atmosphere is pleasant, the service decent and the food is not crazy for the price... It is, in my opinion, a good place to go have a beer and listen to live music, but I will, in the future, avoid eating a meal there🤷♀️ Indeed the food was very greasy even in the pub standard.
