I liked the plants and ambiance in the backroom, but it started getting very noisy so no one could hear me talking. You have to order your food and drinks at the bar. Not many GF options, so I just had a drink.
Oooh. This place is a gem. Great food and service. Really like the building, lighting and atmosphere. High ceilings and lots of space. Only drawback for some may be a small menu but they do an excellent job on what they do offer.
Best weeknight pub in the city. Beers on tap are always excellently curated, staff is friendly and approachable, and the food is fantastic. Never gone and been disappointed. Love that they show movies and sporting events in the back, but mostly just a perfect neighborhood hangout spot. If HIMYM or Cheers had a Halifax remake, it would be here.
Parking: Lots of spots in the surrounding neighborhood. May need to circle the block once or twice though.
