Terrible service. We waited for table. 2 in our party had to leave. Very curtly told we had to move tables. Service was terrible. Ruined the night. Totally ignored. We had to stand by door to get our bill. Cannot comment on food because service was so bad that it affected our enjoyment of same . Will say that there was live music which was lovely. An excellent performer !

This was our first visit to Fry Daddy’s, it won’t be our last. We were looking for a casual location for a Friday night supper and chose Fry Daddy’s based on a recommendation from friends. My husband and I arrived at 6 and were quickly seated by a friendly hostess. Our server, Erika, arrived in less than a minute. She was friendly and knew the menu well. We tried the spinach and cheese dip to start. It came to the table within 5 minutes, it was hot and delicious. My husband ordered the 2 pc fish and chips and I had the buffalo chicken sandwich. Both meals were delicious, generous portions. There was no room for dessert. We will definitely return and bring friends!

I had the fries a few times. Excellent, probably the best fries I had in Halifax area. The burger was pretty good as well. The lady (sorry forgot her name) is very friendly.

We make the drive from Halifax to Windsor to the main location. Excellent food, good atmosphere and tremendous value for money. Across the board good food. This location is awful. We have tried on multiple occasions, (all take out). Suspicously fast food in hand times. Chicken club with fries on two occasions soggy untoasted bread that contained literally mush. Fries on the side not over the top but passable. Spouse is a fan of fish from Fry Daddy's location in Windsor, NS. Always done to a turn even when busy. This location needs a better line cook. Fish is cooked but along with the rest of the take out order, tasteless and seems quickly thrown together to get the line out the door. Windsor is 30 minutes away and if you enjoy lunch out worth the drive. After multiple tries at this location we will skip it or enjoy the drive to location with a deservedly excellent reputation.

So glad that we stopped for a bite to eat. Our table had the fish and chips, pan fried haddock and an Alfredo dish. It was all excellent. We all commented on how fast the service was, how friendly the staff and how tasty the food. Highly recommend.

We like Fry Daddy’s dinner food, so we had high expectations for their ice cream bar. What a letdown. We couldn't finish the ice cream. The ice cream itself was awful. The toppings were stale and neither was mixed properly. The service wasn't great either. The server was impatient with our questions re: our options, which were not clear, and looked annoyed when she had to explain. A complete waste of time and money.
