Cashier (MICHELLE) was really rude, i placed a bagel ELT and she charged me for BELT. At prep station i told (RISHI) i dont need the bacon he tried to fix it with MICHELLE loudly from her spot at the cash area rudly she said thats the point of BELT tol her i am sorry for the misunderstanding but i said an ELT BAGEL meaning only egg cheese lettuce. Even though it was her mistake i apologized and told her dont worry about it.
But honestly i think i have been over charged even if i ordered bacon.
I compared what i would have paid if i actually ordered bacon and without bacon, still i am overcharged.
They need to give us our receipt.

Worse experience ever, staff doesn't know how to give customer service.there was flies everywhere in there cabinet.they mix coffee in my tea. cleanliness is zerooo in this restaurant i think they don't know whats the cleaning is. And its only 6pm they don't have anything in there cabinet.no muffins no pastries nothing.and there staff was standing just talking to each other really poor staff management. I think tim horton is big brand they have to choose their staff wisely

Tim bits!! Quick service. Kids consider it highlights of the day. Wishe there were some healthy options though.
Tim Hortons served me the absolute worst iced coffee imaginable. It tasted like dirty dishwater mixed with bitterness. To my horror, I saw the barista lazily mix in cold brew, creating a concoction that was undrinkable. The taste was beyond awful – sour, stale, and utterly revolting. The staff were not only incompetent but also rude and dismissive when I complained. This was by far the most disgusting beverage I've ever had. It felt like an insult to coffee lovers everywhere. Tim Hortons has completely lost its touch. If you value your taste buds and sanity, stay far away from this place. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare.

I visit this tim hortons almost every morning during the work week. Open hours SAY 5 am but it's always like 5-10 minutes after 5 that the door is unlocked because the opening staff sits outside for a cigarette before unlocking the doors. Little annoying when you only have a certain amount of time to prepare for work.
