Bums regularly hanging outside of Tim's on Quinpool Road entry way begging for drug money. They also toss their cigarette butts around the doorway. They are spitting all around the entryway. They make ot extremely uncomfortable to enter the Tim's establishment. No more Tim's Quinpool Road for me.

Cashier (MICHELLE) was really rude, i placed a bagel ELT and she charged me for BELT. At prep station i told (RISHI) i dont need the bacon he tried to fix it with MICHELLE loudly from her spot at the cash area rudly she said thats the point of BELT tol her i am sorry for the misunderstanding but i said an ELT BAGEL meaning only egg cheese lettuce. Even though it was her mistake i apologized and told her dont worry about it.
But honestly i think i have been over charged even if i ordered bacon.
I compared what i would have paid if i actually ordered bacon and without bacon, still i am overcharged.
They need to give us our receipt.

Worse experience ever, staff doesn't know how to give customer service.there was flies everywhere in there cabinet.they mix coffee in my tea. cleanliness is zerooo in this restaurant i think they don't know whats the cleaning is. And its only 6pm they don't have anything in there cabinet.no muffins no pastries nothing.and there staff was standing just talking to each other really poor staff management. I think tim horton is big brand they have to choose their staff wisely
