Worst experience ever!! Avoid this place if you can.
Here’s my story: This is the only nearby Tim Hortons since I live on Quinpool, but every visit has been disappointing. The cashiers didn’t even know where to find the “Protein Latte” option in their system. Since the line was long, we ordered through the mobile app — but our order was treated as last. After waiting over 15 minutes, we got a much sweeter version of the Protein Latte, totally different from what we ordered.
Then we ordered the loaded bowl. It came with half the quantity compared to other locations and was missing most of the vegetables. It was basically just lettuce! When I asked, the staff said it only comes with one scoop of cucumber and tomato (though there was literally none). When I pointed that out, he said he added “extra chicken instead.” The bowl was already half empty — so that excuse made no sense.
Very disappointing experience overall.

Had an interesting interaction with the staff. The lady at the counter yelled to the kitchen saying I “didn’t let her speak” all because I ordered 2 items at once. From what I could tell, she was checking whether they had eggs and it was 9am? In which case, this location could really some training in inventory management and customer service if they want to avoid further information gap and miscommunication going forward.

Please hire more staff for the evening or re train the ones you have. They shouldn’t be throwing out mobile order receipts until they are fulfilled that way they don’t put your order off to the side for another 15 mins. Over 30 mins for a coffee and sandwich is insane I’d pick another Tim hortons if you don’t have half an hour to wait everytime.

Avoid this busy location and slow service if you can. No issues with staff but due to limited parking and busy area, it could be avoided.

Was very disappointed that they had no alternative to dairy options, not even lactose-free milk. Service was good, she did her best to accommodate, it wasn't her fault.

Dirty, understaffed. The staff that were working cash and sandwiches etc were great! Friendly and fast. The coffee was excessively hot, I get cream in it and it burnt the bejeebers out of my mouth. I know coffee is hot but this was oddly hot. It was good enough, I mean it's Tims, it is bad coffee but convenient at times.

Ordered cilantro lime veggie bowl from here and it was terrible. Rice was not at all dry(was heated from the microwave with water still not absorbed)and the staff who prepared it refused to add sufficient veggies or crispy onions

This Tim Hortons is always fantastic. All the staff and the manager are very friendly and accommodating. I usually order through the app and the few times they weren’t able to complete an order (due to running out of stock) they’ve offered me a replacement item of similar or better value. A big thank you to all the staff here! You’re amazing.

The worker making my sandwich said out loud simply sausage without cheese, proceeds to make me a sandwich with egg and cheese, then hands it to me to then say oh you didn't want egg.
Remakes it by ripping open the English muffin destroying the muffin, put it thru the toaster so fast the muffin wasn't even warm. Terrible experience for food. The cashier was kind and so was the lady making drinks.

Worst service ever ive experienced in halifax went in 30 mins before closing and got rejected getting order.
very disappointing experience.
sometimes it feels like certain employees forget that we are paying customers who deserve to receive our orders correctly — and treated with at least basic courtesy.
yesterday at around 4 PM, I visited this Tim Hortons. The store was almost empty, with just one other customer in line. still, the cashier seemed to be in a huge rush. she didn’t listen carefully to my order and made it incorrectly.
I ordered a vanilla latte with almond milk, but she handed me a plain almond milk latte. when I asked if it was the vanilla one, she lied to me it was — but I checked right in front of her, and it clearly wasn’t. when I asked for it to be fixed, she looked extremely annoyed, took my drink back, and dumped what felt like half a bottle of vanilla syrup into a small cup.
I was shocked by the attitude and the lack of professionalism. this is unacceptable. making coffee should not come at the expense of basic customer service.
I won’t be returning to this location. please train your staff better.

I just got this minute ago THE SMALLEST PORTION IN ALL TIME LOCATIONS, i have this order very often but this location always makes it very smaller than any other locations and also very messy , this is my favourite meal at Tim please FIX THIS !
