For at least 3 weeks one of 2 exit doors has been out of order as the glass has been smashed. This should have been fixed immediately as it is an emergency escape in the event of fire, or other disaster. Not addressing this contravenes the Fire Code. I feel certain if a Fire Inspector was aware of the situation, they would shut this establishment down.The restaurant itself is beyond dirty. It is positively unhygienic - torn upholstery that cannot be adequately sanitized, tables and floors are seldom cleaned and the mens bathroom is disgusting with overflowing garbage in a garbage bin that has had a broken door for as long as I have been coming here. The hand dryer has also been out of order as well and now the urinal is also out of order. When I have spoken to the manager I was told that all these issues will be "fixed" in a few months when "Head Office" is planning to cover half the cost of renovations, but to do them now would mean the restaurant would have to foot the bill. I very much doubt that a Health Inspector would allow these conditions to continue, nor would they accept the restaurant's excuse for why they aren't addressing these issues.Generally staff are friendly and efficient and the tea and cookies are OK, but the other issues are making it harder for me to continue patronising your establishment.

So, I had a bit of a rocky start with this place when I ordered an Iced Coffee, but I gotta give credit where it's due—they really turned things around after I shared my feedback. Since then, they've been hitting the mark with great service.My usual drill involves snagging an Iced Coffee, maybe throwing in a breakfast sandwich or some egg bites for good measure. They've got their act together during the weekday morning hustle, consistently nailing my order. The food and drink are solid, no complaints from me.I'm a creature of habit in the mornings, just looking to get in and out, and they've got that down to a science. Quick service, on-point orders, and all within a reasonable timeframe. They're doing their thing, and it works for me.Dietary restrictions: you can get almond/soy/oat milk for your iced coffees

-Restaurant was disgusting, dirt and debris everywhere.-Furniture in the seating area is ripped to shreds-Baked goods looked old and crusty. Fruit flys everywhere-Seemed very understaffed- how are two people supposed to handle a dinner rush and also make sure the restaurant is sanitary?Pathetic, Tim Hortons. How can you charge the most you've ever charged while providing the worst service you've ever given?

Had many bad experiences with different food sectors but never seen this kind of behaviour from the front desk worker. Girl named raman was very disrespectful and was presenting zero customer service qualities. Was speaking loudly and disrespectfully. Will never ever come back to this branch for coffee and will suggest my friends to avoid this time hortons. I hope the manager will do something about it.Thanks

Worst experience ever in my life. I waited 17 minutes just for 2 coffees and the girl named as Raman at cash counter was so rude and disrespectful to all the customers. I suggest supervisor or manager to have a look or just train your employees with some customer service skills. Totally

This was the worst customer service ever. The girl at the till was so rude and speaking so loud. I am never coming back to this location. I request the manager or supervisor to please teach them a good customer service and the way to deal with customers. Totally disrespectful and i am very disappointed.

Nice little timmies, has full service and staff are friendly. Great place for a quick morning meal and coffee, I'd recommend trying the new breakfast pastries, they are delicious, filled with protein and quick to eat!
