I placed my order through the Tim Hortons app one hour before closing, but when I went to pick it up, the staff said “We closed that section.” If a section is closed before the store closes, the app should not accept orders for it. This is frustrating and wastes customers’ time.

They are really good! Very kind and friendly. We want to spend all dal food bucks before the summer, so we ordered 16 farmer’s wraps. They are so happy with that, call the chef immediately come to cook it, and they give us some gift as well.

This Tim Horton's provides the same food service as any other location, which I will admit is decent. However, the service there is not what you would want when choosing a place to order. The entire staff seems to be very impolite and annoyed when you are ordering and then often do not provide items on the menu. The employees will argue and yell at each other in front of customers. In the Tim Hortons app, I have ordered a London Fog more than three times, and every time, they tell me they cannot make them. They then gave me an earl grey tea in substitution. As a barista, I know that all you need to make a London Fog is steamed milk, tea, and sweetener. These are all services that they can provide, but they choose not to probably because it requires extra work. The only saving grace of this establishment is the convenience of the location and that one guy there who seems like he actually cares about the service and product.
