There’s no way this Tims would stay open if it weren’t for the convenience of location. Workers are at best indifferent to you and often straight up rude. I waited over half an hour for a mobile order (breakfast wrap, iced capp, and a cookie) this morning, many people who placed their order after mine received food before I did. When I told the employee I’d been waiting a while he told me they were working on it without offering any apology or explanation.
Food is otherwise standard for a Tim Hortons; however, they are often out of things and don’t advertise that in any way, they wait until you try to order it to say they don’t have it.

The food makers are disrespectful as well as they don’t put the right things in the food and when we report they ask for money.

They ran out of sausage, hashbrowns, and food entirely. Lady at the till said she announced that, but it was so loud that nobody could understand. Service was also incredibly slow. Worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to by far

The absolute worst service, the staff is very disrespectful and they often get your entire order wrong and then when you complain they never ever fix their mistake. Today I went and got 2 Hash browns but only received one, when I went back the girl I ordered from confirmed I had asked for an extra Hasbrown and then her manager came by and told me I hadn’t and refused to give me the extra Hashbrown. Definitely always get your receipt or you’llNever get what you pay for.

I ordered a chipotle loaded steak wrap but the wrap had barely any steak and no rice! If you didn't have the ingredients you could've told me BEFORE I paid for my food. I went back to get a refund but was berated by the old woman who made sure to talk loud enough for everyone to hear. Completely unprofessional. They're also currently training staff there so the service is at a snail's pace. Go to another Tim's if you have the choice.
