The absolute worst service, the staff is very disrespectful and they often get your entire order wrong and then when you complain they never ever fix their mistake. Today I went and got 2 Hash browns but only received one, when I went back the girl I ordered from confirmed I had asked for an extra Hasbrown and then her manager came by and told me I hadn’t and refused to give me the extra Hashbrown. Definitely always get your receipt or you’llNever get what you pay for.

The chicken I was given was undercooked and felt almost stale somehow. Way less rice than what's worth it in a load bowl too. It was fairly fast service one you actually ordered, but that doesn't matter if I'm doing to be eating half cooked, weirdly stale chicken. Come on now.

I ordered a chipotle loaded steak wrap but the wrap had barely any steak and no rice! If you didn't have the ingredients you could've told me BEFORE I paid for my food. I went back to get a refund but was berated by the old woman who made sure to talk loud enough for everyone to hear. Completely unprofessional. They're also currently training staff there so the service is at a snail's pace. Go to another Tim's if you have the choice.

Every time I come here, my iced coffee gets no sugar. One of the workers told me that I was ordering wrong, so I ordered the way she told me to the next time, and still no sugar? Skip this location and keep walking to the LSC.

For the volume of people this Tim Hortons serves daily, their service is always quick and the food is always delicious. The line is never short, which makes sense considering it’s on a university campus. Staff are friendly!

This is the Tim Hortons where I got the worst experience. I ordered my drink online and went to the pick up place, but the staff - a lady told me they didn’t have the drink. I asked if I could order something else as I waited in a queue for a long time, but she rolled her eyes on me???, and ask another lady to deal with the refund directly. For sure, I will never go there again.
