the supervisor parneet needs to get fired. I have been in this industry for 8 years and if this is the customer service these people offer no thanks i am out.. How entitled she is, i have never experienced this before. She verbally abuses customers in drive thru. I will make sure this reaches to the franchise owners. I will personally make sure she gets fired.

Sukhpreet and all the crew at this location are amazing. As a professional driver I spend a lot of time in the Tim’s drive-thru and I’m thankful to have such a great group of people who go out of their way to make you feel like family.

I usually come to this tim’s in the evening and everytime i go there is always this girl named Sukhpreet who is beyond nice. She has amazing manners and always puts in the extra effort to ask how I’m doing. Always a good experience when I come to this tim’s.

Literally the worst customer service ever in the evening, they don’t even have any manners, they don’t ask what you want and when I said I’m done they said “yeah” like where is the manners or politeness. The day staff is always wonderful but the evening all need to be replaced.

What happened to this place? Used to be great! New franchise owner? The service has to be the slowest in the city now. The drive thru isn't any better. It's been like this for a year now and no improvement.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru today. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The attitude from the employee taking our order was unacceptable, and to make things worse, someone from management who spoke to us over the phone was equally disrespectful.
Even after our conversation, they continued making inappropriate comments while we were still parked nearby and could hear everything. This kind of behavior is completely uncalled for and left a very negative impression. I hope the store takes this seriously and addresses the issue with proper training and accountability. All the other similar reviews posted here are 100% right as well ! So this is basically how they are and idk if anything could be improved in future !!
