walk in, take a order. Waiting for 30mins, then being told they don't have scrambled eggs to do my order... the service is in the garbage bin... good jobs guys, never come again

What happened to this place? Used to be great! New franchise owner? The service has to be the slowest in the city now. The drive thru isn't any better. It's been like this for a year now and no improvement.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru today. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The attitude from the employee taking our order was unacceptable, and to make things worse, someone from management who spoke to us over the phone was equally disrespectful.
Even after our conversation, they continued making inappropriate comments while we were still parked nearby and could hear everything. This kind of behavior is completely uncalled for and left a very negative impression. I hope the store takes this seriously and addresses the issue with proper training and accountability. All the other similar reviews posted here are 100% right as well ! So this is basically how they are and idk if anything could be improved in future !!

Message for the Franchise Owner:
This used to be one of my favorite spots, but I’m leaving a 1-star review due to multiple sightings of mice in the dine-in area and behind the counter on several occasions. It created a very unpleasant experience and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and safety—especially for families with young children.

I truly hope this issue is addressed promptly. Once resolved, I’d be happy to return and update my review accordingly.

I just had the most horrific encounter at Tim Hortons Clayton Park this morning around noon. I ordered a donut with white frosting, She was not understanding so I pointed out what I wanted, muffin and two ICE Capps. There was a young man filling orders on the screen working like mad, there seemed to be an issue with on online order so he took ownership of that and asked the lady who took my order to make the the ice Capps. I was handed two cappuccinos. I was annoyed because of my wait time and that my order wasn’t correct. I said” I don’t know what this is but I ordered two ice Capps.” She answered that I did not say Ice cappuccino and if I had she wouldn’t have made warm ones. I explained that I did not use the word cappuccino at all and I definitely asked for ice Capps. She continued to argue “ no you did not you definitely said cappuccino “. I told her to stop arguing and fix the mistake. The look of annoyance and she was still arguing that I was wrong. I asked her to stop talking and get what I ordered, since she would not stop I requested a mgr. The mgr came promptly and as I was explaining myself this staff member kept arguing and talking. The mgr shushed her and apologized and promptly asked the arguing staff member to get what I asked for. I was gobsmacked that she was so rude and argumentative. Just fix it! I have been going to that Tim’s since it opened, ( I live in the area) I worked at theTD bank there off and on for 14 years and that was my go to spot. It’s also the Tim’s in my area but I now meet friends at the Tim’s in Bayers Lake because this Tim’s seems to be in disarray and the students completely take over during school. However, though the service is definitely slower the staff have always been pleasant and you could see their effort. Today was really awful! I know the owners would have been appalled by this behaviour. I intend to call a fellow owner ( friend) and contact the owners in person. I feel that strongly. It is rare that I complain in a review I usually talk to someone if necessary and it’s finished. Reviews are for compliments, especially places in my area as I want those businesses supported. Mistakes happen, (God knows I’ve made my share)it is how the error is handled that matters. Berating a customer is not the way! Photo is of “ iced” muffin. My grandson ate the smushed donut before I had a chance to photo , not that I cared about that, just wanted proof that I was there and that this employee did not care at all.

I visited this morning around 8:21 AM to pick up my order, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience with one of your staff members. I was trying to ask if it was possible to substitute a hash brown in the Bagel BELT special, but the employee — a woman wearing glasses — didn’t understand my request and responded in a rude and aggressive manner. She spoke harshly and then called another staff member to assist instead. I’d like to kindly remind your team that customer service is important, and all customers should be treated with respect. Please address this issue with your staff

I just don't understand why Tim Hortons is hiring people with absolutely no clue on what they are serving, they didn't know the difference between a t and a coffee and gave four coffees before they gave a tea. Also waited 15 minutes for a sandwich and the sandwich is ripped like somebody's thumb went in it. I only take the time to give reviews this bad if the experience is absolutely dreadful, Tim Hortons needs to smarten up this is getting ridiculous. Also the floors had garbage and food and napkins receipts all over the place and the staff just walks on it all, very dirty establishment.

Waited between 25 to 30 minutes for my order to be filled. During my wait observed similar orders passed to drive through, as well passed over the counter to patrons which ordered after me. No organization, mass confusion, apparently little or no leadership. Staff very difficult to communicate with or understand.
Worst Tim's experience ever.
I WONT BE BACK!
