I was there 4 times hoping that this time there will be someone who knows how to make a coffe.they dont even care about the customers.when you get to the window, they keep talking each other and you have to sit for 10 min for the worst coffee that you ever gonna have.never gonna be there again and warned all my friends and family too.

This is my go to Tims! Never had any issues with it! I bought my coffee before heading to study! Took first sip and felt something weird, I spit the drink out to know it was a DEAD FLY!
Not sure what the explanation would be for this

As soon as I walked in I noticed the lack of cleanliness.... I asked for supervisor or manager there was none available.... It's absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant to be this dirty and unclean.. I had to leave a review and then leave the lack of cleanliness in the front area says that the back is even worse that's an assumption but if they're going to leave the storefront is dirty then the back is worse I will not be coming to the Tim Hortons on lacewood Drive anymore

Absolutely no courtesy or acknowledgment. Didn’t even say hi..how can I help? Worst customer service. Even while serving iced cappe she didnt mention or point it that it was mine. The behavior seemed like just take it and run off. Dont know her name, otherwise I would have added that here specifically. Tim Hortons at this location should teach a bit of mannerism to their employees.

I normally go to this location.. lately i haven't been. Every time I get my normal order my coffee always taste burnt or has no sugar in it and the food is not quite editable . I wish they would fix these problems as this location is not far from home and prefer to go here than other locations.

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Food is what you would expect from a Tim Hortons but only when they actually manage to get the order right. Staff is rude and don’t listen to what you say. I constantly have to repeat myself. They usually take forever to greet you at the cashes inside. And the drive in line up is in such a terrible spot. Cars are constantly blocking a live lane.
