Also see a few eldery people go there to meet to have a social hang-out, and they all seem super happy when they are there talking.Parking: Dead center of the Lacewood Plaza, so always plenty of available parking.Kid-friendliness: Bring my son here a bit when off work. He enjoys going, and most of the staff are super friendly and make him feel involved when buying.Wheelchair accessibility: I personally don't use a wheelchair, but I do see an entrance where someone who is, can enter the store. When my son was younger, and was in the stroller, it was the entrance I would enter.
When you ask for a bagel toasted with butter you expect them to butter the bagel for you instead you get two packs of rock solid butter on the side with a wooden butter knife..... yeah

Poor service, staff was busy in chatting. I placed an mobile order, waited for 10 minutes to receive it. But when I approached them they said we don’t have the product available. So they didn’t inform me for 10 minutes. After that they placed one product at one place and second at another corner. I would not like to visit again for sure

Manager is always fighting with customers not accepting their mistakes telling all the time you getting wrong orders, and blaming customers for not taking actual orders, 9th time this has happened to me and Managers are ridiculously rude to me, saying it's all my fault all the time for giving me small coffee instead of large coffee. Never recommend this store , Highly No.! DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE ONLINE.❌

Looks promising from the outside… but once inside it’s a whole different story. This has got to be one of the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve experienced for having such few patrons. I was wondering why the McDonald’s drive thru right beside them was bustling and Tim’s had next to no one.. usually Tim Hortons is much more popular than McDonald’s for a morning coffee run, now I see why.

I was the only customer in the store this morning, and drive thru staff decided to start yelling at the counter staff, trying to start pety drama while I'm standing right there?? And the counter staff clearly looked upset and sad the moment I walked in. Super unprofessional, blatently bullying staff WHILE she's trying to take my order. Bro what? You're at work. Grow up. Blew my mind. To the poor girl on counter, you were doing your best and I appreciate you.
