We ordered potato wedges in the evening at 6:39 they gave us leftovers and I went to them to change it then she said we only serve 16 pieces in one box they are not even 16 also and all tables are not clean.

I've encountered two issues at this Tim Hortons in the past two weeks, both stemming from a couple of cashiers who were quick to dismiss their errors in charging me the wrong price. It appears that these incidents were a result of their impatience and lack of training. Fortunately, on one occasion when I insisted on a correction, a manager demonstrated that a refund was indeed possible.Despite these front counter hiccups, I want to give credit where credit is due with 5 stars for the food. In my roughly seven visits, I've consistently received accurate drink orders and delicious loaded wraps. However, the less-than-ideal experiences at the front counter have somewhat soured my overall perception of this place. Exceptional food preparation is easily overshadowed when faced with inaccurate charges and front-facing staff lacking the patience or training to promptly address and rectify such situations.
The manager yells at employees within earshot of customers. Disgusting behaviour, she needs to be sent through some type of social etiquette training before being allowed to interact with other employees and the general public again.

By far the worst tim Hortons going. The place is an absolute mess. The staff are rude and not engaging what so ever.Most times when entering the store it smells like the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in weeks.Garbage laying around, no tables wiped off, cleanliness has gone out the window here. The health inspector should be called because they would get shut down!!!!
