Had a blt, opened it to find wilted lettuce, 2 tomatoes, 4 PC bacon all piled on top of each other in the middle of the bread, terrible!

Going to go elsewhere as every time I order it's a struggle for employees to understand my order and me to understand them with broken English. I was at a large meeting and wasn't surprised when the topic came up and many have stopped going there for the same reasons,really really bad service. Having worked in the service area my whole life, I've never seen it so bad. I used to happily go to your tims each morning. One day there was all new staff and everytime I order I'd have to repeat myself again and again. Nobody likes that. You're a fool keeping staff like that. And I didn't appreciate the giggling by staff as I struggle to order over and over again. Frankly, you're service sucks.
I come here every 2nd day saying to my self maybe today they might get it right and every time I leave i having to smell my drinks just to make sure they got it right. Again again and again continue to get it wrong there is times I head there right before work and don't notice they have the order wrong again and have to throw it out. However they are quick to assist in replacement when I catch it so they have that going for them

The lady I was checking out with was an absolute sweetheart. She had a very gentle voice and just a nice energy to her. I appreciate those sort of interactions.

Very bad customer service by Navneet (manager) First she mentioned we are out of chicken sandwiches and after 5 minutes she mentioned we have chicken but we are cleaning the oven. Also mention we cannot serve the sandwiches after 7 PM as we clean the oven and she changed her statement mentioning you can wait 10 minutes and we can give you the sandwich.
