One of the worst locations in town. Regularly get Boston creams with little to no filling. Tim hortons has no quality assurance anymore and will do nothing to compensate you.

I was ordering and the two ladies working at 11 were not treating me good and they were not patient with me while I was seeing what my kids wanted. Next time please hire someone who knows how to treat people with kindness and respect.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the Tim Hortons on Pine Grove in Spryfield has consistently let me down. The staff here are shockingly rude and dismissive. They seem more interested in chatting loudly with each other than serving customers, showing zero respect or courtesy to the people waiting in line.
Orders are frequently wrong—whether it’s the wrong drink, missing items, or completely botched customization. And when you politely point it out, you're met with eye-rolls, impatience, and attitude instead of an apology or solution.
The energy in this place is chaotic and unwelcoming. It feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. I’ve given them multiple chances, but the lack of professionalism and basic customer service is unacceptable.
If you value your time, money, and dignity, I’d recommend going to literally any other Tim Hortons.
