Very slow place and bad customer service

Everything was fine except for the seasonal donut. The crunchy top didn't taste good and had a sticky, crunchy texture that was not pleasant. The jam inside tastes like a very poorly made jam.
I have posted a pick. It looks a little like a "homer donut" made by another donut store.
Everything else about our experience eating in was good.

I originally wanted a farmers wrap. went in at 4:03, but they told me they ended at 4pm. Ok, fine. 3 minutes later... but I can deal with that.
As a substitute, I just wanted wedges, but I was told they didn't have any. Then I watched the lady go back to her friend and laugh when she opened the drawer full of wedges.
Will not be back. I have worked in fast food before and know how stressful it can be, but this is just disrespectful, especially since I never gave them a reason to be like this.
If you want to be lied to, and then laughed at, come here... super welcoming environment. I encourage the owners to find employees who have some soft skills.

Service is slow but friendly. The drive-through takes away from a reasonable service time when eating inside. The waiting area for food and drink after ordering is congested.

Dirtiest Tim Hortons I have been in.
The experience:
day 1:
one tea 3s1m, drove away no sugar, made with cream... waste of money we dumped it.
day 2:
1 cofee, 3s1c, 1 tea 3s1m, and 1 creamy chill sub cream for cmilk.
we tried agian but my my coffee had no sugar... my wife's tea had no sugar ether, nothing was even stirred my wife removed the lid to milky water, she's def picky about her tea, she did specify at the mic when it was ordered that she would like it "stirred well please"
...but hey! my sons creamy chocolate chill made with c milk, was actually made correctly YAY!

I believe experiences like this are best left Public, for everyone to see, but no thanks i wont reach out, im more then willing to elaborate though, just do better next time... (see above) its not like I won't be back... its just irritating... if I'm coming through a drive through I want to drive away when I get my order I shouldn't feel like I have to check it every time.
my trip ends Friday and I'll be back I'm sure, let's see if we can improve those odds :)

not good. visiting from ontario for a week and ordered a total of 4 drinks over 48 hours and only 1 was made correctly.
a 25% chance of getting my drinks made correctly is unacceptable.

Not the first time I've come before 8pm and they have no bread for clubs they have no slow cooked chicken, no sausage. What's the point of even opening the display case was empty and they only have 2 staff and it's far from quick

Ordered Turkey/Bacon/Club yesterday. Last two inches was just burnt bun and found only 2 pieces of diced tomato when I was wondering where it was. I have eaten a number of these sandwiches but never at this outlet and never again.

I used Uber Eats to place an order for which the app let me and didn't give any warning that the 'store will be closing soon' as is usually the case. A few minutes later I get a call and I was thinking that it was probably something to do with being out of a certain item. I was surprise when they said that they were closing soon and ask for me to cancel my order. I checked the app and the delivery person was on their way. The option to cancel is no longer available once the delivery driver has been dispatch is what the app says. Well, I guess they managed to cancel it on their end 40 minutes later. Meanwhile I'm thinking that my order is getting picked up. They probably stayed later dealing with this than had they just carried out the order. The way I see it, they refused to do their jobs while still on the clock (it was not yet closing time) and I reported to Uber Eats as such and am righting this review as such. The store was not yet closed and they refused to do their job.
