ordered two times from the same branch today and both times the quality was very poor. I am writing in frustration because it happened twice on the same day.
In the morning the hash brown I ordered was seemed to prepared with bacon and hash brown was full of bacon smell and I had to throw it away.
Now, I ordered a iced coffee and it feels like I am drinking water,
very disappointed to waste my money like this

The slowest drive-through anywhere is on chain Lake Drive in Bayers Lake
It’s your general run-of-the-mill Tim Hortons, service is always a hit or miss and I consistently get my orders wrong every other morning. Everything aside though can’t go wrong with the coffee.
The lady in the drive through, Manpreet was polite, easy to understand, good clear voice on the drive speaker, fast and efficient. She is probably a supervisor but she is probably the best or second best service I have had there. (There is another lady, has been there for a while, pale complexion, also gives supervisor or manager vibes, always great, never catcher her name)
One of the worst Tim hortons I’ve ever been to. It should be shut down due to lack of training, food safety, disrespect from staff. Horrible. Go elsewhere for your coffee and donuts.

Very slow service. People working in slow mo. Not staffed well. Long lines in drive through and inside. Person on cash had to walk too many steps to get napkins, straws, etc. This store needs a reorg.
