So i just got the bowl meal and found long and short hairs in my bowl !!!! None of the workers are wearing nets on hair or beard very bad location i dont recommend it

I was with my friends earlier, and we were just sitting after some of my friends ordered drinks. We were neither loud nor grabbing any unwanted attention. The workers kicked us out and their excuse was you’re not allowed to stay after you finished your drink. I found that ridiculous as they also said we’re a bunch of teenagers and we’re not allowed to stay here. They even called the manager who threatened to call the cops on us when we haven’t done anything that deserves such a response. the manager was even saying rude stuff about how my parents didn’t raise me well, only because i refused to leave when asked to do so with no reasoning behind it. the manager was very rude so i didn’t rlly expect anything less from her workers.

I placed an order, and while I was waiting, the staff were just chatting with each other and didn't seem to have any intention of preparing my order. The employees at this Tim Hortons are very unfriendly, and the order took too long to come out. I will never use this place again.
I have been at this place a bunch of times and its been the third time the team has messed up with my order. On asking for the manager, the girl who was attending me just ignored me a couple of times and then spoke rudely.
I had this experince of rude customer service from this location for the second time.
