I asked her for a breakfast sandwich and described it like a blt and got a blt which was the belt without the egg and more expensive. The person said to the other person who served me that it was supposed to be a breakfast sandwich and the other person said that “She didn’t say that “ so I said yes, I did. A breakfast sandwich was the first thing I said.
She took my multigrain bagel blt and put an egg on top and brought it back to me. I thanked her and left without my refund for the difference in price because I didn’t have any more time to waste.
Not pleasant!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone stop at this place! This was at 10:45 am Wed Nov 26 2025

The amount of times I have ordered tea and received “coffee” is countless at this point, especially through DoorDash & Uber Eats orders. What am I supposed to do with 2 XL Coffee when I don’t drink coffee? Please do better and stop letting your customers down because this is painful.

Today i was unable to use my points to redeem for a bagel. Even after redownloading the app the issue was not resolved. Then the store manager took the responsibility and offered me her points to use.
I really appreciate her efforts for solving this issue.

Another review about a team member lovepreet. I had an artisan bun with some sauce and crispy onions, she made it with without wasting time. I Really appreciate her fast service. I hope she gets praised by the restaurant.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced here!!
I bought timbits at 9 pm one night and when I tried the powdered suger ones, it was so dry and the jam inside smelled bad!! That someone who is responsible for customer service, instead of saying we’re sorry for that or anything nice, she was trying to teach me that this would happen to the timbits if I buy it in the evening and that it looks good to her “maybe in here standards Idk!”

This is unfortunately one of the poorest-performing Tim Hortons locations in the Bedford/Halifax area. I often have to repeat my order multiple times in the drive-thru, and it’s rare that my coffee or breakfast wrap is prepared correctly. The drive-thru service is consistently slow, likely due to poor screen rotation and inefficient order management. Additionally, allowing large $40 orders in the drive-thru defeats the purpose of having a quick and efficient service option.

went here for breakfast today ordered a scrambled egg loaded wrap with sausage, the wrap didn’t have sausage on it. And the everything bagel i got was wrung up as a plain bagel and practically was not toasted. Disappointing because usually my food is good at this tims, not sure if there were different workers today.

Always a good stop at this Tim Hortons. French vanilla is great here—though a touch more powder would make it perfect.

Shout out to Yousef at the drive-thru for the friendly service every time!

I always ask for turkey no bacon and confirm 2 or 3 times at least and somehow I still get the bacon …sometimes I go back and ask them to switch but other times it’s just so disappointing… and waste of time and energy and food

The majority of times I visit this location my coffee is made poorly or isn't coffee at all. Coffee has a distinct taste and smell that my order frequently lacks. I have concerns about professionalism at this location as today my large coffee with two milk and one sugar tasted like tea or just hot water and milk. This location pays people to bring their personal hang ups to work so they can deliver to me sub par customer service. I don't even know anyone at this location to have an issue with them yet time and time again staff struggle to put signature products out the drive through window ! This location only wants to hit time targets rather then ensuring quality for price paid. Am I being singled out by hateful staff ? Why is it so hard to get what Tim Hortons sells as they intended it to be from this location any time I visit ?
