For a Tim Hortons, the food is consistent with a very fast and friendly drive through. I go out of my way to go to this one over others in the area.

I stopped by this Tim Hortons tonight at 8:56 p.m. for two hot drinks and a couple of snack wraps—simple, routine, nothing that should require advanced culinary training or a séance to summon.

While waiting, I had the pleasure of witnessing the staff’s unique approach to customer service. One employee was enthusiastically mopping, another wandered around like an NPC who’d lost its programming, and a third was actually making orders—the lone hero of the evening, apparently. Meanwhile, customers at the counter were treated to the *silent treatment* as the two non–order-making staff carried on with their tasks, blissfully ignoring the humans waiting to give them money.

The customer ahead of me had clearly been there since the Pleistocene era and made his feelings known as he left. I then waited nearly **15 minutes** for two snack wraps and two hot drinks. Normally, I’m patient—but when there’s literally ONE person ahead of you, the wait becomes an Olympic test of endurance.

To make things even more magical, two customers walked in about ten minutes after me, ordered hot drinks, and received them *before* I did. Time works differently in this place—perhaps there’s a wormhole behind the counter.

When my order finally emerged, I smiled and said “thank you,” because my parents raised me right. In return, I received… a blank stare. No words. No nod. Not even the exhausted half-smile you give when your soul has left your body. Absolutely stunning customer service—if we’ve suddenly decided customer service should be nonexistent.

And just when I thought the experience had bottomed out, the drinks proved me wrong. The Americano we received tasted like someone had waved a coffee bean near a cup of hot water and called it a day. It was weak, gritty, and somehow both watery and bitter at the same time—nothing like the Americano we regularly order at other Tim Hortons locations. At this point, I wasn’t sure whether to drink it or water a houseplant with it out of pity.

To the staff on duty:
I say this as someone with years in food service—**never ignore the people keeping your paycheque alive.** And maybe, just maybe, save the closing duties for when the store is actually closed.

To management:
Train your staff. Staff your shifts. And perhaps remind your team that “customer service” involves interacting with customers.

To customers:
Consider avoiding this location—especially near closing—unless you have half an hour to spare for the privilege of receiving lukewarm indifference with your coffee.

I ordered from this place through an app and received the wrong items. Maybe the people who work there can't read. Anyways, avoid this place.

Ordered on app. Picked up in drive thru. Gave me my drink but ended up waiting at least a good 20 minutes for the pizza. After waiting in the drive thru for almost 15 they asked me to go park. Another 5 minutes or so and no one brought it. I went in and explained to the lady at the front who may have been a manager. She got my pizza within a few minutes. She was very nice and apologetic. But it should not take that long for an order. If they didn't know what was going on they should have asked for help and not just let people sit and wait forever. Not to mention holding up other people in the drive thru.

When I was inside, I noticed the garbage bins were full and there were stacks of used coffee cups on top of them. Clearly the garbage cans had not been emptied in a long time.
Overall it wasn't a pleasant trip to this Tim's.

I've ordered food from here a few times now, but they always don't have half of my order and I only get drinks and a muffin.

5 STARS!
Trista and her team went above and beyond for me- for a full week straight, I placed large orders for my office across the street. Not only did they have it ready- and hot- she kindly offered me her personal email address to easily place the orders (the app wasn't working for a couple days).
These days, it seems good customer service is hard to find; not at this location. Lovely, friendly staff. Thank you!

We just called in to get something for a quick dinner, but ended up with two whole wheat bagels, toasted with butter, because they had virtually nothing available at 7pm when they close at 10pm. The entire donut/muffin glass display case was also half empty.

The bagels we brought back to the hotel. They were so stale, barely toasted with hardly any butter. We tossed them in the garbage. My daughter had a donut and I had a small peach lemonade drink, mostly ice. Just under $10. I may as well have burned my money.

Never again!! Absolutely disgraceful.

This might be the best Tim Hortons in Nova Scotia. Staff is super friendly and quick. Your food or drink look like they do in the picture when you open them.

This location is obviously understaff or the manager doesn’t know how to allocate the team members properly. I went today to order drinks and donuts, there are only 2 staff member serving dine in customer and drive thru lots of customer are frustrated on the service. My ice chai latte took them 24 minutes to serve. The garbage trash inside is full.

I came for tourism from Prince Edward Island and I am a tourist guide on Google Maps. Please allocate a larger space for the bathroom because there is a bathroom for women and one for men. Thank you.
