My favorite coffee at the coolest restaurant in the franchise. The staff here are incredibly friendly, especially Grace—she's exceptionally sweet! Will definitely be back.

I have been going to this location for a few months now as I'm working in the area and it's convenient. Since the renovations of 2024 the service has dropped considerably. They focus mainly on the drive-thru and if you order food they have to prepare, you are waiting a long time. The drive-thru does back up into an intersection so it makes sense to put more staff on drive-thru, but your customers should not have to wait 10 minutes for a bagel.

The renovations did make the location very comfortable and has a warm atmosphere now so if you are planing on sitting down with your breakfast it is comfortable.

Supposed to be open to 10pm and it was closed at 8pm with no signs or indications that it was closed. All the lights were on, people waiting at the drive through and at the walk up order window.

Worst tim hortons I have been to in my 25 years of existence, food is always wrong when I try to correct them they either ignore me or tell me I'm wrong, they are rude and arrogant at all times, I have never been handed a stirred coffee. -10/10
