Ok so I frequent Tim Hortons all over Halifax on the daily depending on where my calls take me. The buck stops here.... I'm am finally thoroughly disgusted enough to leave a comment. The staff seem very polite and the service is respectively quite fast. There are a number of Tim Hortons that I am fed up with though including this one now with regards to my "First Sip of a new Coffee". What was the problem(s) with the taste at multiple locations now?? Well it's the perfume taste and aftertaste that is on the lid. It's literally enough to gag a maggot... I totally understand wanting to be clean, fresh, and well kept, but NOBODY wants that hygiene taste on their coffee lid. If so, they would take a drink straight from the perfume bottle, and we know nobody in their right mind would do that, so stop putting your hand cream or perfume all over your hands before you press down on a person's coffee lid. It's disgusting and leaves your tongue burning and it's literally a gastly flavor no one wants associated with their coffee. I was already in my travels and had to make a put stop at Larry Uteck Tim's to request a new lid. Smarten up, common sense please...

This is unacceptable for $5 coffees. When you get French vanilla and espresso I would like the rest of my coffee, please.

There has been 3 times in the past where I ordered the fudge brownie latte and never got the toppings(whip cream, and marble chocolate shavings). The once they corrected it and even gave me a larger size for the inconvenience which was excellent. The second time they apologized and said they were out of the marble chocolate shavings so gave me whip cream and sprinkled shredded coconut on top which was also nice of them to ask for adding something extra. And the last time they didn’t apologize or offer anything for inconvenience just said oh we can add it at window. Did the whip cream and that was it. So chocolate. Pretty bad and inconsistent service if you ask me

Had your app out but didn't scan your phone. Well tough luck. You can't roll up your rim. Customer support on this issue is terrible.Edit: They sent me a non working link for customer service support.

A bit crowded, but its to be expected. Open 24 hours, clean business and friendly staff. Much quicker service than most Tim's I've been too. Very easy to get to from the hotel. A bit tricky if you need to go left onto Kearny though.

The service in this store is so so slow! I cannot stand their efficiency. Everytime it takes about 20 minutes to buy a wrap!

I went to go buy a hot chocolate and then you told me it was broken only after I paid for it. This is the second week in a row where there was a problem with the hot chocolate machine. Please address this
Breakfast sandwich (bacon and egg) was fresh and hot. Enjoyed the bacon, it had a sweet and salty taste to it.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible by design. Sometimes the automatic door doesn't work.

Cold Brews have a set of steps to make it, which is one reason it's so darn expensive, so when I get an iced coffee thats watered down and being passed off as cold brew, I can't express how annoying it is... not to mention your drivethru! I'm in a car and had to reverse so I could make the talkbox....
