Only writing a review as we received a sticker on our coffee cup. Went through drive thru today at 12:30 and ordered two farmers wrap combos with a medium double single and vanilla latte with almond milk, a hashbrown and blueberry muffin. The lady taking our order kept saying items we didn’t order but did get our order right in the end. Just wasnt in the order we ordered it so we asked her to repeat it a second time and she seemed uphappy to do so as she already sent the order and we heard her repeating the situation to coworkers before repeating it back to us. The person at the window who gave us the order was kind and had a smile. However at the window we could hear someone complaining about how much people help out one another quite loudly. Alright experience and I wouldn’t typically write a review but we were promoted to do so with two stickers ◡̈

A convenient location, but that's about where the positives end. Save for a couple of staff, most seem disinterested in serving anyone that isn't in the drive-thru much of the day, and it's not uncommon for mobile orders to expect an unreasonable wait, even if there's no line.

Monday morning, service was so fast that I had to pay with one hand and grab the food with other hand at the drive thru.
They prepared my food faster than the time it took me to drive from the intercom at drive thru - to the window.
I didn't even get time to roll up window.

I ordered a small coffee with 1/2 milk still it was cold. I ordered at 11pm in winter to get warth and the coffee was cold. Ridiculous.

I went there from drive through .They don’t even deserve one star.. time was 12:30 pm i just went there and ask for croissant and told them to add hashbrown in it .. the way that girl talk to me was very rude and she say we can’t add anything in your croissant we are not allowed to make any customization.. i got my croissant from another tim near by with hashbrown ,chipotle in it .. i will add a picture for u to let u know if u are not able to handle customers please don’t spoil someone mood .. u really pissed me of.

I ordered by drive thru
Small chai tea 1milk 1cream and 3 sugar
They gave me that tea without sugar (tasteless) and it was hot 🔥 ok good
...
Then i visited in their restaurant demanded 3sugar in it...
Then they provided me Fresh one...
Now it was OK BY taste but gave me colder one... but female employee wasn't agree that im saying truth and yelling on me....
Then i demanded refund
Went to nearby gas station Tim Horton
Where i got tasty and hot chai tea without any doubt...

I don't give any stars this store is the worst one I have ever dealt with.. the staff barley ever get an order right I have to repeat my order 3 times just for them to still get it wrong.. the window staff is not friendly at all.. if your having bad stay home. Don't be rude with the customers that complain at window when you still got my order wrong after repeating it to you.. and you repeat back to me but yet get to window and it's wrong.. but I had to choose 1 star in order to post

Unfortunately this is only Tim open after 11pm . Yesterday after a tiring day , need coffee drove extra 4 km to get medium French vanilla with quarter coffee . . after a while when I sip it there was not even a single drop of French vanilla only coffee filled until top. I got very disappointed couldn’t and did not want to drive back as the guy gonna messed up my coffee again. That was not hard order . I don’t know why I couldn’t get what I want .

I went today at 2:55 drive through ordered bagel,hash brown,ice cup I repeat my order three times,at the window paid waited two minutes or more till they give me the order I asked where is the hash brown she said didn’t order that I said I did and then she said it’s inside the bagel I was so shocked to hear that.told her since when tim hortons put hash brown in bagel she started attacking me saying don’t be rude and closed the window I was so mad but because I was late for my child class I would of got inside and complained.this bad location with untrained workers.
