Very nice
It's no longer Tim Hortons. Terrible place now with all the ridiculous new items. It's needs to go back in time where it focused on greatness not this new awfulness. I mean that for every single Tim Hortons.
I would like to commend Kiran for providing outstanding service. Kiran was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and professional throughout the entire interaction. Their dedication to ensuring everything was taken care of, paired with their friendly and positive attitude, truly made a difference. Kiran went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, and I genuinely appreciated the high level of care and support provided. Thank you, Kiran, for your excellent service!😊
Family respectful staff. Just wish though it was opened on Sundays like the one on Spring Garden Road as well as at yhe waterfront.JH

This is just a suggestion this tim hortons should be open along with subway and mcdonald's in this mall and be open whenever mooseheads games are they would be raking in the cash like your rivals are doing here and mooseheads fans would love a tims coffee before a mooseheads game besides the restaurant is called tim hortons after a legendary hockey player so why not be open on hockey days and nights along with subway and mcdonald's because this tim hortons is always closed when we arrive for halifax mooseheads games but mcdonald's and subway keep there's open till we all head to the game a strategy you guys could follow as well because you get up to 10 thousand people heading to halifax mooseheads games every time they play there so it's something to look at for sure
Need more daytime staff. Two lines of 10+ people does not make for a great experience.

This location has got to be the worst for customer service. There are a select two employees who generally speak very kindly to the customers, but the majority of them don’t at all. 3 weeks ago I ordered a drink and paid for it, only for the employee to then take another order directly after me and make theirs, forgetting about mine but continuously made eye contact with me. After 10 minutes of waiting (thinking that maybe she was waiting on a new pot to be finished) I asked another employee to please make the drink. Finally this morning I was there, and there was a couple who had ordered quite a few drinks, so the employee started making theirs right away but the line behind me continued to get longer and longer while all of the other employees behind her acknowledged this, but continued staring at the line and did anything BUT either assisting this employee or taking more orders. Not a friendly or efficient location what so ever.

Every time I go there they always get my order wrong. Sometimes I get a coffee and it's old and burnt, some other times I get a pack of timbits and I'm missing 5/6 or I'll get a sausage and bacon farmers wrap and will only get sausage or bacon when I pay for both.
If you want Tims, just go to the one on Water Street. Less mess ups there. I understand once or twice but it's now been 7 or 8 times now. Never going there again.

Hello, to whom it may concern again an again we have ordered coffee when receiving the coffee the cup is being thrown on the counter and the coffee is spilled over the lid! Please customer service needs to improve there is no need to be rude then have you guys over behind the counter laughing an talking an looking over! We have been a customer for years we paid for pur coffee not like we are asking to get it for free! Tim hortons is a franchise all about fresh an building customer relations an I dont believe that how it should be done! 1 star is what I have to out bit reality I give this place a zero star

I got there at 1:30pm, Scotia Square closes at 6pm. They told me at the counter, after making me wait 10mins, that they close in 30mins and said that they only have coffee and donuts to sell. They refused to make any sandwiches because they were closing at 2pm. ? IM back again this Saturday, and again they refused to make sandwiches. Worst Tim Hortons ever! I won't even bother trying to get anything from Tim Hortons anymore. Again, this Sat, I went to A&W and received amazing customer service and a great sandwich. They are still serving while Tim's is closing and it isn't even 2pm yet! ?
