I usually enjoy French Vanilla here but over the past few visits it hasn’t been as good as before and missing the usual richness. Waste of money buying it anymore here.
It’s too bad on probably the busiest night of the year they couldn’t stay open later for all the people at the Santa clause parade!! A lot of very unhappy people that wanted a hot drink were turned away.

I’d like to recognize Hunter for his amazing customer service. Every time I visit he greets me with a smile and treats every customer with genuine kindness and respect. (We actually talk about him at work and now choose this location over the usual place we go to lol) He’s friendly, professional, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everyone leaves happy. It’s clear that Hunter truly cares about his job and the people he serves. He consistently makes my visits to Tim Hortons a bright spot in my day. Thank you Hunter, for your outstanding service you really make a difference!

Is it acceptable for stuff to pick up ice that fell on the counter with their bare hands and put it into drinks?

I don’t usually leave reviews, but today’s experience at Tim Hortons was beyond frustrating. The staff seemed completely disorganized, and it took an absurd amount of time just to get a simple coffee and bagel. The line moved at a snail’s pace, and nobody seemed in any rush to help. I get that places get busy, but there was no sense of urgency or customer care at all. If you’re in a hurry or even mildly hungry, I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else. Major disappointment

Horrible services! The server with tattoo took my order wrong, I wants 3 meals and he charged me individual food prices with higher cost!

Very nice
It's no longer Tim Hortons. Terrible place now with all the ridiculous new items. It's needs to go back in time where it focused on greatness not this new awfulness. I mean that for every single Tim Hortons.

I would like to commend Kiran for providing outstanding service. Kiran was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and professional throughout the entire interaction. Their dedication to ensuring everything was taken care of, paired with their friendly and positive attitude, truly made a difference. Kiran went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, and I genuinely appreciated the high level of care and support provided. Thank you, Kiran, for your excellent service!😊
Family respectful staff. Just wish though it was opened on Sundays like the one on Spring Garden Road as well as at yhe waterfront.JH

This is just a suggestion this tim hortons should be open along with subway and mcdonald's in this mall and be open whenever mooseheads games are they would be raking in the cash like your rivals are doing here and mooseheads fans would love a tims coffee before a mooseheads game besides the restaurant is called tim hortons after a legendary hockey player so why not be open on hockey days and nights along with subway and mcdonald's because this tim hortons is always closed when we arrive for halifax mooseheads games but mcdonald's and subway keep there's open till we all head to the game a strategy you guys could follow as well because you get up to 10 thousand people heading to halifax mooseheads games every time they play there so it's something to look at for sure
