I came in at 8:30 PM on Sep 5 and apparently the branch was closed, even though the schedule says it’s open until 9 PM. the staff was not friendly either. left disappointed

I always go there every morning and I found their service is very quick and top notch. There’s a girl on a window her name is Raj and she’s so nice and kind. She always greet me with smile.

My mother was in visiting from out of town, we stopped at this location.
My mother got a muffin (heated) my wife got a breakfast croissant and I got 2 plain doughnuts.
We got to the window after ordering and I asked the girl at the window, is the muffin warmed up? Yes she said (lied right to my face) it was cold. My wife’s breakfast croissant had scrabbled eggs on it ( I didn’t even know that was an option). And to top it all off I got 2 sugar doughnut ( I asked for PlAIN).
Stay away from this place… total cost 21.87 for food no one even asked for

Food is good, staff is nice and welcoming, amazing.
I ordered a bagel this morning (August 18th) through the drive thru and it was very stale and rock hard on top when I received it. I believe they are pre toasting the bagels and letting them sit until they get an order. Either that or it’s old. I had already drove away so I couldn’t return to have it remade.

Attempted to submit complaint via Tim Hortons app, but it’s unstable and the complaints form isn’t functioning. Location: 6570 Bayers Rd Halifax, NS.. We purchased an iced coffee and cold brew this morning from this location. The cold brew cup had grease/sticky hand prints on it and the lid of the iced coffee had a very strong odour resembling feces/poop. We discarded both drinks as someone clearly had filthy hands when they prepared/touched these drinks and the smell made us physically ill. The two employees we observed at the drive thru window were younger Indian women, and while pleasant and efficient, we now have serious concerns about the food handling &. health and safety at this location. We will NEVER return and gladly attend a more expensive competitor as long as Tim Hortons maintains these deplorable standards.

ordered a loaded habanero chicken bowl and I can see the bottom of my bowl like I have barely anything in it my rice was stale the chicken was dry my friends sausage breakfast sandwich the biscuit was dry
