You guys make my day and this location is my favourite Tim’s in the city which says a lot because we have so many. The timing is always fast, food orders are always accurate and made to standard. I find the service so nice and welcoming from speaker to window . Considering it’s on a busy street they always seem to be in a positive mood. Thank you to this whole store for making my days start awesome when I stop by before work. 5 stars ⭐️ and if I could give more I would ❤️🤌🏼

I ordered their pepperoni flatbread pizza. I had bacon and chicken added which comes at extra cost. I also chose BBQ dip, again, at extra cost. All bought and paid for. As per the photo, there is no bacon, there is no chicken, and that is not BBQ dip. What is wrong with the Tim Horton's in Halifax? Seriously, what is wrong with the people working there. I've recently had a different Tim Horton's refuse service when they were still open simply because they were 10 min from closing while they were closing earlier than their listed time. Meaning, the Uber App didn't give the usual warning about them closing soon because of how much earlier they were closing and even then, I got the order in before they were even closed. Going back to the topic of not following instructions, every single Tim Horton's fails at following the instructions for their farmer's breakfast wrap. The Tim Horton's menu for Uber Eats has a bacon or sausage breakfast wrap that comes with chipotle and a separate farmer's breakfast wrap which has 'no chipotle' by default. Every time I order the farmer's wrap, I make sure that 'no chipotle' is selected and every single time, it has chipotle on it.

Employees are nice but I've never had a single food order here made correctly and often have troubles with beverages as well. They need to train their employees on how to correctly assemble food according to standards, this is the only location I've had such consistent issues with.
Morning weekday crew is on the ball. This is my go to Tim’s to actually get the coffee and food I order. Despite being busy they manage to have quick enough service that I don’t worry about being late to work. Thank you for all of your hard work.

UPSET CUSTOMER
This Tims used to be great, but now there are so many refuges working there that cannot speak good english and cannot understand you that you get your order wrong EVERY TIME. I am disappointed that I see no culture diversity there and that infact there is just all indians. There must be a indian manager hiring all their culture because there is NO DIVERSITY HERE. I feel as though Tims are taking advantage of the tax credit that they get from the government for refuges of tims only paying them $10 and the rest goverment funded, but this is not benefiting customers but actually loosing customers.
Disappointed as when I went there today i ordered 2 drinks which BOTH were made wrong, I go in to tell them and i am looked at like i have 10 heads. THERE IS A COMMUNICATION BARRIER. By the end of them remaking it it was still wrong. I believe it is because they cannot understand what your asking because they can barely speak english. I asked for a tea with no sugar i got sugar, i asked for a cold drink with extra sugar i got none. WONT BE BACK AND SADLY I LIVE CLOSE SO WILL BE MAKING THE EXTRA MILES TO GO ELSEWHERE.
