Service was nice and speedy, got a farmers wrap and farmers biscuit. When I got home to eat the biscuit, I opened it and there was grey and green spots throughout the egg (and it smelled) which I can only imagine are mold. Lost appetite and threw out the sandwich, won’t be getting food here again.

Every single time you need to make an extra order for napkins or these people will not give you a piece when you went for drive-thru. Just like today's I ordered for some more napkins, you know what I was told today "napkins already in your pack", don't fool me, as usual no napkins unless you order for them.

used to come in all the time but over the past few months the new staff are totally rude... went to the door 15 mins after they should have been open one morning, for them to still be closed. the worker made eye contact with me an proceeded to keep doing with she was doing and not open the store.

I ordered a bacon farmers wrap with no cheese, paid, drove away. Took a bite and it was a chicken wrap, I drove back and asked for new bacon farmers wrap with no cheese. Girl proceeds to not listen yet again and put cheese on the wrap, when I asked if there was no cheese she said there is cheese. I again asked her for a new one as I cannot have cheese as already stated. She proceeded to walk away for a minute then came back and gave me the same wrap with cheese. Found out when I took a bite. Very rude employee in the window, not considerate of my allergy. Not impressed.

Apparently this location is drive thru only after 17:00, very confusing as there is no signage.I know the service there is usually good and friendly but this cold winter I was locked out.This seems kinda ableist but who am I to say.Wheelchair accessibility: Only if you drive a car can you dine here after 5pm. So as long as your car has accessibility you’ll be fine.

If I could give a negative 10 I would. Ordered the cilantro chicken bowl . It was slop thrown in a bowl. 1 big half brown piece of romaine on the bottom and so much sauce dumped on it that it may as well have been soup. Garbage is where it went as I cannot go back to return at supper time busy traffic and I am from a different town. The customer service...well a smile would have been nice. Boy the demeanor changes when you pay debit and they don't get a tip. Disgusting slop...
I went through the drive through and was told no eggs, no problem, it happens sometimes to run out of something. So I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese an extra lg coffee. Paid for that and received a large coffee, a bagel with globs of butter mixed with globs of cream cheese and not toasted. I couldn’t eat it, I threw it away. The mixture of butter and cream cheese on a not toasted bagel was horrible. I use to go here daily, but they have messed my order up, or overcharged me 5 out of my last 7 visits. I usually go through before 6am and usually it was pretty quick, now it takes over 10mins to get through. Really disappointed. Going to another place to get my breakfast now. Absolutely disappointed with service and quality here now, so much so that I don’t think I’ll go back.

I usually go there everyday but yesterday got charged more than double of my total when i went there today to get my refund they didn’t even give me my full refund the lady with mask said that’s best we can do. Had such a bad experience with them.

extra sauce to this location must mean “less sauce” because every single time except maybe once or twice have I actually gotten the extra sauce asked for. they actually put LESS when I ask for extra. eating a dry wrap right now because they failed once again. the tall guy making the food is absolutely one of the most disrespectful people ever, always rude on the mic. if you want what you’re asking for, do not go here. they somehow can’t figure out an order that comes through pretty much every single day. it’s really not hard guys, I can come make my own sandwich if you’d like? and PLEASE for the love of god clean your espresso machine frequently!! you can literally taste when the machines aren’t being cleaned correctly/enough. not to mention the line is ALWAYS in the street because the workers are slow, not handing out the correct items, not ringing in the right food, too busy giving attitude and clearly hating their lives. this location NEEDS new employees, it’s sad they’re all still there running it to the ground. there’s lots more I could add, but I’ve already written a book here. avoid this location and go somewhere else , they’ll probably do their job right!!

They can't figure out what 'extra sauce' means so they just put half the regular amount about 90% of the time. Will punch food in incorrectly regularly, and they've lately had someone on mic that understands English at a beginner level at most, causing frustration, long lines, and wrong orders. Just head up to Robie st instead.Food is never consistent, thinks are over or undercooked and usually missing ingredients altogether.
