It is a standard Canadian tims they did recently renovate so the art is cool like an artpeice maple leaf made out of distorted hockey sticks (I kinda looks like someone thought it up in a dream),there is also a table with a hockey rink on it that is not up to any standard (other than tim hortans I guess)

Drive-thru is their priority, so if you're not in a car, be prepared to wait 10 to 20 minutes for your order during lunchtime. Disappointing. We’re never coming back. This is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to.

Ordered a classic grilled chicken wrap, got a crispy chicken instead — maybe “classic” means something different here? The wrap was dry, tossed together like it was in a race. The place wasn’t even busy. Fast service is great… if it’s the right order. This was just fast and wrong. Speed means nothing if the quality and accuracy aren’t there. Very disappointing.

One bad apple ruins the bunch - I always rave about how good this Tim’s is compared to others. Came today and bought a coffee and a snack. Met my friend and her daughter in the parking lot- as I was getting into her car to eat- a staff member came out of no where yelling and screaming at me that I can’t leave my car in the parking lot? Then runs back inside, comes back out pointing at us in the car? Completely unnecessary to berate your paying customers for eating in your parking lot??

Came in to order two sandwiches. Before I even finished saying what I wanted a voice from the back yelled “no bread”. I usually don’t go here as it is two busy and the lineups are too long. Which is a good thing for your business. But when I do occasionally go they are out of stock of items. Today was a bit too much for me. I actually had to visit two more locations that had bread so they could make a sandwich. No need for a response or anything as compensation. Just want you to know what a customer felt like today. I did not spend anything as I was so put off I just left.
The shift manager is the absolute best worker there .. between Lois and Isiah they run the show while the. Others watch and learn !! They should be given absolute thanks and shown the most respect ever …

Very bad customer service I ordered wrap and tea . Firstly, they give me tea only and forget about the wrap after waiting for 10minutes i ask and then they start making it . After that all ingredients were not their in the wrap that i added . So overall they wasted my half an hour just to get my exect order.

I visited the drive-thru and when the employee handed me the debit machine, they smacked the side of my car with it. This isn’t the first time it’s happened at this location either. It might seem minor, but repeated carelessness like this can lead to more serious damage. Staff need to be more careful when handing machines to customers and not worried about rushing us out the drive-thru.
