Very bad customer service I ordered wrap and tea . Firstly, they give me tea only and forget about the wrap after waiting for 10minutes i ask and then they start making it . After that all ingredients were not their in the wrap that i added . So overall they wasted my half an hour just to get my exect order.

I visited the drive-thru and when the employee handed me the debit machine, they smacked the side of my car with it. This isn’t the first time it’s happened at this location either. It might seem minor, but repeated carelessness like this can lead to more serious damage. Staff need to be more careful when handing machines to customers and not worried about rushing us out the drive-thru.

I'm in this location every morning, Monday to Friday. Each morning the front counter staff greet me with smiles and friendly conversation. They work together as a team and are so pleasant. Sapra is very friendly and polite, i enjoy seeing her. All 3 of the front counter ladies are amazing. Thanks for starting my day right.

So far the worst Tim Horton experience at this specific store. They just try completing the order however it is, doesn't matter what you ordered, they will make it their way only. On the wrap, they forgot add beans etc and did put stale chicken that was so chewy and painful to chew, you can check the pictures included with this review. And they won't even listen to your query.

The staff working drive thru in the morning is great! This is not about them. I went through on Friday at 3:36pm and I got 2 bagels and a muffin and 3 drinks. The girl at the window was rudest I have ever had. I come to this time hortons every day since I live around the corner, and I hate it there after the morning staff leave. My bagels were burnt and when I told the girl they were burnt she rolled her eyes and said that's how they come,if I don't like it then don't order one. Then, when I asked for her name to speak with her manager, she told me there name are confidential and then slammed the window shut on me. I refused to leave the window, and Isaiah came over and spoke with me, and he was wonderful. There was no manager on and when I tried to call the store they wouldn't answer the phone, when they did answer the phone after I called 4 times they just hung it up and didn't actually say anything. These girls need an attitude check, and if they feel they are better than anyone, then they shouldn't be working at tims. By far, it is the worst customer service ever. Stuck up, snotty,rude and completely disrespectful. Thank God they have good staff on in the morning (Brooklyn is the best part of the morning coffee run. She is friendly and bubbley and makes mornings great)cause that's what's saving this restaurant. All these new younger girls that keep getting hired are EXTREMELY rude and not worth the time to wait 20mins for cold coffee and burnt food.

I visit this Tim Hortons every morning around 4 a.m. on my way to work, and I'm always greeted by Samarth, who works the overnight shift. He consistently makes the perfect beverage, exactly how I like it, which is such a great start to my day. On top of that, Samarth is an incredible person to chat with—our conversations always leave me feeling optimistic and in a better mood. His excellent service and positive attitude make my morning routine even better. Highly recommend this location, especially if Samarth is working!
