Just had a welcoming experience at this location. I got exactly what i need which really made the visit special was the amazing service. The evening shift person , named Harman was super friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and went the extra mile to ensure I had a great experience. Definitely recommend stopping by.

Subject: Unacceptable Customer Service at Tim Hortons Dunbrack St, Halifax

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent visit to the Tim Hortons location on Dunbrack St in Halifax, specifically regarding the behavior of Evening Supervisor Harman and the owner/management's policies.

On October 27, approximately 9:50 PM, I ordered a medium steep tea double double and requested a medium glass of water. To my astonishment, Supervisor Harman informed me that she was instructed by the owner not to provide medium glasses of water, only small ones. This restriction is unacceptable and demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic hospitality.

As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and have my reasonable requests fulfilled. The arbitrary limitation on water glass size, without any clear justification or communication, is a stark example of poor customer service and greed-driven decision-making.

I implore the owner and management to reconsider this policy and prioritize customer satisfaction over petty cost-cutting measures. If the concern is water waste or cost, a simple solution would be to offer medium glasses of water at a nominal fee, allowing customers to make an informed decision.

I have reported this incident to Tim Hortons management team and expect a prompt response and resolution. Until then, I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before visiting this location, as they may encounter similar unprofessional behavior.

$11.40 just for this at Tim Horton'. Even worse the customer service and the staff attitude. This branch's services is the worst compared to others.

It is a standard Canadian tims they did recently renovate so the art is cool like an artpeice maple leaf made out of distorted hockey sticks (I kinda looks like someone thought it up in a dream),there is also a table with a hockey rink on it that is not up to any standard (other than tim hortans I guess)

Drive-thru is their priority, so if you're not in a car, be prepared to wait 10 to 20 minutes for your order during lunchtime. Disappointing. We’re never coming back.
This is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to.

Ordered a classic grilled chicken wrap, got a crispy chicken instead — maybe “classic” means something different here? The wrap was dry, tossed together like it was in a race. The place wasn’t even busy. Fast service is great… if it’s the right order. This was just fast and wrong. Speed means nothing if the quality and accuracy aren’t there. Very disappointing.
