Every night my team goes to this Tim's to get our drinks and it's a big order. Pretty sure the workers name is Sam and he has always been on point and SO sweet. He is definitely the highlight of our night!!! Out of all of the workers we have dealt with on backshift he is AMAZING ❤️

Some of the staff are not approachable. Not smiling . They don’t even greet the customers. Serving so rude to the customer. She even threw my friends order. And sarcastically say thank you. And we are shock we don’t even react to her rudeness. We even apologize cause we bring our dog inside . the dog is behaving and we don’t know that the dog is not allowed . So we apologize for bringing the dog. But the way that she threw our order is not acceptable.

What a Terrible store. Walked in. No one looked at me and there was about 6 people working. Woman with her back to counter screamed “counter” no one came. 5 mins later guy takes my order. Assumed I was paying debit and walked away as I stood there holding my 20 out. 2 mins later when the machine timed out he came back - I gave him the 20. Then counter girl throws a bag at me and I leave. Shoulda checked before I got home and of course - they messed up the order - hire better associates. Ones who are friendly.

They refuse to serve me at midnight because I had commercial truck I cant go drive through and they told me we don’t serve If you don’t have a car or motor bicycle Is there any law specially in novascotia ??????????? I drove in almost all provinces in canada I never have this type of problem before..

Today I went to this location for coffee and usually everyone accepts the survey to get discount . I do not recognise her name but the girl seems manager and is so so rude behaving like she is the only person who knows every thing and refused to take the survey which is disgusting and shows no etiquette in there character . Please put someone on the drive thru who is sweet with customers and not showing the bloody attitudes . The timing when I went is 12:30 pm . I am describing so much because whoever is the owner of the franchise should talk to her otherwise you keep on having more complaints . Thanks

4:35pm 03/11/2024. Rude staff. Visibly+audibly talking about my drink order as a source of amusement (in a language they think I don't understand) just because I like my iced coffee in a specific way. Sometimes, I honestly don't even think these feedback surveys do anything to improve the service. Every time it's either my small additions (oat milk) are too inconvenient for the cashier or made to be the butt of the joke.
