My friend bought a drink for 6 dollars, and when he received the wrong drink, he politely asked for them to remake it. The worker starts arguing with him insisting it’s the right drink (spoiler alert its not) and then threatens to call the police after he continues to say that he received the wrong drink and would like one remade?!? Absolutely disgusting will never be going here ever

Coffee is good as usual. They were out of chocolate chip cookies, my favorite, and in fact all kinds of cookies, and I bought the only remaining one. The newly opened shop is much bigger and nicer than the old one. The new seating area is large, comfortable and bright during the daytime.

Very nice and friendly staff. You get your food/drink quickly which is really great. I was anxious while getting a sandwich from Tim’s and a nice guy working there held it out to me and smiled and it made my day :)

The staff are kinda ok, but they always mess up when I order a sandwich. The order naturally has cheese on it but the sandwich never comes with cheese and I have to ask them to make it again, I get attitude from them and there still isnt any cheese on the sandwich.

Why are you going to a Brazilian megacorp? Go to narrow cafe or literally anywhere else for actual real coffee that pays their servers well. This is not Canadian.

Horrible customer service. Always out of food just because they don’t feel like making more . A woman with an accent was ordering and the woman was being rude snd couldn’t understand her yet everyone else could so I had to literally scream what the woman was saying for the worker to understand. I have never had a positive experience. The older woman is and has been the issue there for years. Scoffing at you, rushing you and being so rude that I’ve witnessed other customers besides myself tell her off. She’s got to GO
