I required catering for a group of 20, two days in a row. The manager, Michelle Wentzel, was wonderful at suggesting the menu items and quantities needed. They were very flexible when the menu changed suddenly for the following day. When dropping off the Cambro's at the end of the day, the team members were very friendly and helpful. The food was very fresh and the coffee hot like everyone expects with Tim Hortons!

I ordered a cilantro lime veggie bowl and they made a wrap instead. I told them that I didn’t ordered a wrap, the person who took my order, said the other guy to put it in the bowl and serve that also said that it is the same thing. I found this thing rude. Then I asked for a refund and got one. But the service was not good.

Not concerned with $1. But just sharing that employees are in their own world and not focusing on their service. I gave $2.25 cash and had a Tim Hortons coupon wherein I just have to pay $1 plus tax. Employees being busy laughing with each other said I paid $1.25 so she did not returned by a dollar. Customer service is more important than their fun at work. Will not visit if this continues.

Drive through takes a minimum of 15 minutes every time with only 4 people ahead of you, unless you go at an off time when there's no one there. Seriously needs to be improved, avoid this location at all costs!!!
