i went to buy a coffee there is only 2 person in front off me and still i am waiting more then 8 minutes over there and staff are busy to talking with there co workers and after 10 minutes when i get my coffee they putt it on other side even didn’t say anything when i ask where’s my coffee they said it over there , And they didn't even stir sugar into the coffee. The coffee was bitter on top and only sugar on the bottom.

I visited this Tim Hortons to purchase a gift card. I waited for a long time even though there was no one in line, and more than three employees passed by without assisting me. I eventually had to approach one of them and tell them I just wanted to buy a gift card !!! . At the same moment, a customer behind me came with an issue about receiving the wrong order, staff started discussing that with her. I ended up paying while feeling unsure whether my gift card was actually loaded with the correct amount.
Poor customer service. I did not try any food or drinks.

I got tired of this store!! Always making the wrong orders. Protein iced latte s/f vanilla syrup. They gave me an iced coffee with regular sugar. Asked for another protein iced latte s/f vanilla and they gave me with regular sugar and tasted like water. I worked at Tim Hortons and it's not hard making the correct order!!! So disappointed

Probably the worst Tim Horton's in Halifax. Seems like they regularly run out of key ingredients (for example, bread and lettuce). Orders screwed up, extremely slow drive through, dirty dining space. Time to give up on this place.

The woman who took our order was nice enough. No issue with her.
However, the wedges we ordered had a bobby pin in it from one of the employees preparing the food. It was disgusting and made it impossible to eat any of the other food we ordered. We will not be back.
I came in the clerk saw me and ignored me and the customer behind me. She kept mopping. When she did decide to finally acknowledge us she pushed the mop aside , did not wash her hands , wiped the end of her nose without washing hands or even gloves , grabbed my doughnut without gloves or washed hands then started my coffee. I ordered a medium coffee two cream two sweetener with a sleve , she used sugar and I had to ask twice to get a sleve and I got an eye roll The place is half empty, there are very few doughnuts or muffins on display and the mend washroom is not clean .
You need to clean this place, train your staff in hygiene and customer service and do far better.

I required catering for a group of 20, two days in a row. The manager, Michelle Wentzel, was wonderful at suggesting the menu items and quantities needed. They were very flexible when the menu changed suddenly for the following day. When dropping off the Cambro's at the end of the day, the team members were very friendly and helpful. The food was very fresh and the coffee hot like everyone expects with Tim Hortons!
