I required catering for a group of 20, two days in a row. The manager, Michelle Wentzel, was wonderful at suggesting the menu items and quantities needed. They were very flexible when the menu changed suddenly for the following day. When dropping off the Cambro's at the end of the day, the team members were very friendly and helpful. The food was very fresh and the coffee hot like everyone expects with Tim Hortons!
I am reviewing this specific Tim Horton's. Well for some reason the food wasn't as good as it usually is. Then they seemingly forgot to serve me after paying and served a bunch of customers before me. Then when I finally sat down a rather smelly person and a clearly a methhead taken the spots next to me. I finish up asap and left. Not coming back.
We had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons tonight! The staff member named Sahil who took my order was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I asked for a few modifications, including decaf tea and a turkey sandwich with no bacon, and he got everything just right. His warm smile and kindness really made our day!
