Dirty place, no employees clean. Can't understand anyone, apparently there are no more clean Tim Hortons anymore

Went into this fine establishment today around 1pm. There was no one in there and the place was absolutely filthy. Ketchup all over the floor, garbage on the floor. Yet not a single person cleaning. Staff and management are just filthy. Did not order and drove to another Tim Hortons. Don’t even bother with this place.

If you order any drink other than coffee at the drive through you wait a really long time. Three times I've gone through and ordered Fruit Quenchers and I've sat at the window just about 5 minutes the last 2 times while the line up behind me piled up. One of those times it was supposed to be frozen and they gave me sparkling. Last night I said I'd take whatever they had made. I only saw 2 people working the whole time I sat at the window. I don't blame the staff, management needs to do better and staff the place better.

Absolutely the worst experience every single time…IYKYK…it starts at the drive thru window when you have to repeat the order several times before they get it right. Today I ordered online to pick up so I did not have to repeat myself on every item only to be asked “is that everything” after every item and telling them I have a few items at the start…pay attention to the order when taking it please!!!

The breakfast sandwich had no egg on it because they “ran out”. I asked for a different item but why could not figure out how to refund the item and charge me for another one. They said they found an egg and to drive through…only to pass me a greasy bag with mayo on the outside of it and lo and behold, an eggless breakfast sandwich inside when we got home. The wrap had so much sauce on it that it was dripping everywhere, wrap was soaked with sauce and falling apart…it was disgusting. The lattes were not made with Oat Milk which is already resulting in an upset stomach due to a dairy allergy for one person. The potato wedges were hard as a rock and cold. I am done tolerating this shitty experience EVERY SINGLE TIME…the bill was $26.29 and the only thing that was edible was the apple fritter.

Customer Service is awful…the language barriers are frustrating…Quality Control is non existent…Inventory Control requires someone to manage it as they are always out of things like chicken and eggs…seriously??

The presentation of messy, greasy, dripping items makes me not want to know what the actual work space is like from a sanitary perspective??? 🤢

Tim Hortons used to be consistent with quality products and great service. That no longer exists. I will choose to spend my money elsewhere as this is simply not acceptable.

Its hard go get an order that is correct with out missing things sometimes it's good Others it isn't, can someone explain to me why I need to walk back over to have a sandwich replaced because your too lazy to do it right, it wouldn't be so bad if it was a one off but it happens too often, I come for convince however I do all the work I feel like I deserve compensation, do better.

If you want a clean bathroom/toliet seat or toilet paper don't stop here! They don't even have a toliet paper holder in the stall anymore. I know the owner if going to reply telling me to write this review through the Tim's app I have and nothing has been done. It is vary clear they don't care anymore.

Edit: they do have toliet paper dispensers in both washrooms now. However the toliet seats, still have vary deep scratches in them and they are filled with dirt.

I ordered donut but they put it in bag in the way that all the cream and chocolate sticked to the bag.
They should have put it in the box if they know that it is still not completely settled on the donut.

For a drive thru the experience is fine, but i typically order inside and the experience is ALWAYS slow. This morning, it took 20 minutes to make one iced capp. 20 minutes.

I normally don't write reviews but I am so disappointed with this TIM's location. Every single time I put an order on the mobile app , the food has never been ready for pick up and if it did which provably only once, something was missing or the food was cold. Also there is always so many people hanging around the drive through rather than been assigned to help the people that are waiting. I think what this location needs a proper management, cause it is very disorganized !
