The old lady at the mobile service area intentionally ignored us for 5 minutes so we had to go to the regular order lineup to get our mobile pickup.

Was hanging out for a TH CHILLI fix. Lined up and eventually arrived at order counter only to be told - we don't do Chilli here. @#$#@ What sort of TH is this that does not have Chilli - left thoroughly disappointed.

This was my third time here and I’ve never had a pleasant experience but this time was much worse. It was 10am ish on a weekend. First, the front counter lady was rude with the guy in-front of me. He was a teenager but never said or did anything immature or disrespectful. The older front counter lady kept getting impatient with him and firing questions at him until he was red in the face. Like chill lady, he’s obviously trying. I then waited 10 minutes to get a cheese tea biscuit and when I went to inquire about it the bagel making guy snapped at me and said it was coming and that he had a lot of orders to get through with a rude tone. Then I sat down at a table and it was covered in sticky stuff and crumbs. They need more staff here and they need to work on their tone with customers and also they have ageism related issues.
