I asked for an extra scoop of Oreos on my Iced Capp and even offered to pay for it, but the staff member, Abdul, refused and said it wasn’t possible. On top of that, he was rude and didn’t offer any help or alternatives. It felt like he didn’t care at all about customer service. Really disappointed with how I was treated.

I went there for iced coffee but i got charged for iced cap approx $6 ,,when i told them ,they said we can’t refund it but you can get a donut pr wedges,,,i was like,,why????

This is the worse tims I have dealt with the service is terrible. They all but snap at you and no hello no smiles. I order coffee how hard is it to make 1 cream 3 sugar ..each time no sugar.. I never take it back cause I know it still won't be made right

Hii We have ordered small iced latte and we asked the lady to whipped espresso for 15 sec according to new changes but she said they never heard about it . So I ask her to make it again but she just doesn’t wanna make it . I got a worst experience and this was my first time at this location.
