The sandwich maker woman was doing everything beside making sandwich it took me 10 min for just taking one bagel where there only 2 customer in the morning.literally people come to get breakfast and these people spoil their morning.worst experience ever. I would like to suggest everyone to not to visit this place in the morning.

I asked for an extra scoop of Oreos on my Iced Capp and even offered to pay for it, but the staff member, Abdul, refused and said it wasn’t possible. On top of that, he was rude and didn’t offer any help or alternatives. It felt like he didn’t care at all about customer service. Really disappointed with how I was treated.
I went there for iced coffee but i got charged for iced cap approx $6 ,,when i told them ,they said we can’t refund it but you can get a donut pr wedges,,,i was like,,why????

This is the worse tims I have dealt with the service is terrible. They all but snap at you and no hello no smiles. I order coffee how hard is it to make 1 cream 3 sugar ..each time no sugar.. I never take it back cause I know it still won't be made right
