This Tim Hortons branch has really bad service, especially from non-native attendants. They serve stale food; I've been served with stale bagels many times. I'm not happy with the service.

On a very, very busy afternoon today, I was in awe of the team working there. Incredible coordination between all the team members, who were preparing orders at a dizzying speed while still having the energy to be pleasant to customers and to one another. It was like watching a sail boat crew in action during a squall. Kudos to each and every one of you for your work and kindness.

Lines up out the door and one person making sandwiches will at least 5 others are walking around including on recordingbinfo on tablet. Clearly the customer does not come first here. I waited 15 mins for 2 sandwiches

I recently had a very disappointing experience at a Tim Hortons in the evening. There were two girls working there, one who was overweight and wore glasses, and the other named Parveen, who claimed to be a supervisor. Unfortunately, Parveen had no idea how to talk to a customer properly. I tried to give her a survey, but she insisted it was incorrect and then started arguing when I asked for her name, saying they weren't supposed to tell names.
To make matters worse, they spilled coffee all over my cup and didn’t even offer to clean the mess they made. The drink was hot and almost burnt my fingers, yet they didn’t even clean it up. It’s baffling how someone who doesn’t understand basic customer service could be made a supervisor. This experience was terrible, and I have no intention of visiting this location again.

The evening staff for the night was really friendly. Ig she was the supervisor for the night, (Parveen) she was really accommodating related to the issue i was facing and the guy, JC, hes just awesome, very cheerful, great customer service and not racist, haha. I keep coming to this Tims every night, keep up the good work guys
