The gentleman working here names JC is absolutely a gem and rare experience in customer service. Truly brightened my day and was a breath of fresh air. I hope life brings him abundance in all his desires.

Very slow means very
So i went there on my break from class and then i was enjoying my wedges until i see someone’s hair on my food. This is absolutely disgusting and this is so unsanitary.
It's a typical store like their other stores but i really like their steeped tea.I don't know why but it always hits different than other stores.
I ordered a medium iced capp. I noticed it didn't even reached the rim so I went to the cashier. She insisted it was filled the usual but I can see it which wasn't. I wish I took a picture at the moment. She took the iced capp from my hand, continued to complain and handed it back while still complaining.

During my visit to Tim Hortons, I noticed that all the charging outlets were closed, which made it difficult to stay connected. Some of the guests were disrespectful, which made me feel uneasy while sitting there. Unfortunately, I also encountered a situation in the restroom where it was left in a very unsanitary condition by another visitor, which made the experience uncomfortable.

Sarah is such an incredible employee. She was so kind and cool under pressure. It was such an honour to be served by her. Spring garden road has a truly great employee, I cannot wait to come back and be served by her again. Its employees like Sarah that make us proud to be Canadian!

Sarah made my day at Tim Hortons Spring Garden road. She is fantastic and so kind, especially during the rush of the holiday parade. She truly made me feel at home and made a delicious hot chocolate. Proud of my local Tim’s!

I have very bad customer experience here because I ordered online and I forget to add Galic cream cheese in everything bagel bcoz I didnt how to add from app. And after placing order I called there and ask to add and ready to pay for that but she said there is no option you can add after placing order. And when I visited the store they said you can add. That is really bad

This Tim Hortons branch has really bad service, especially from non-native attendants. They serve stale food; I've been served with stale bagels many times. I'm not happy with the service.
On a very, very busy afternoon today, I was in awe of the team working there. Incredible coordination between all the team members, who were preparing orders at a dizzying speed while still having the energy to be pleasant to customers and to one another. It was like watching a sail boat crew in action during a squall. Kudos to each and every one of you for your work and kindness.
