This is Tim Hortons on Spring Garden RD. I think this Tim Hortons is different from other ones I have been to. I feel the friendliness, patience and making sure you take your time choosing what you want. I feel that the other ones I have been at make me feel rushed, they are talking back and forth to each other and they are just there for pay day, but I don't know what they are going threw, I just don't like judging people, I am just putting out there how I felt.

Had a woman at the counter bark at me for trying to skan my Tims app, something about "I can't ring stuff in if you're scanning that." This has never been an issue before, and I didn't get any points on a $23 order! A little dissapointed in the service.

Ive worked nearby for almost two years now and a few times a week I stop and get breakfast on my way to work. I started doing mobile orders because one of the employees who works at this location (white lady, always has a mask on, wears glasses and has dark brown hair) has an absolutely disgusting attitude. I understand everyone has bad days but I’ve never seen this women not in a nasty mood. I don’t care if employees are unenthusiastic about their job but it seems like this lady goes out of her way to be rude to people. Last time I was in she practically ruined my day with how awful she was and judging by the other reviews at this location, I’m not the first who has had a bad experience with her.
