Consistently ignores walk in patrons. Waited in a line this morning with five others only for ten minutes to pass before someone took the first order. Meanwhile orders are flying out the drive thru window. Had to walk out because I was getting late for work.

Worst Tims ever! My wrap had like half the chicken it was supposed to, the coffee looked like someone took a sip already, the lettuce in my sandwich was full of holes, and the bread was as hard as a rock.

Once again, getting incredibly tired of people not understanding English and trying to put in an order. It is incredibly frustrating. I'm getting fed up with Tim Hortons and their lack of caring about their customers. If they cared about their customers they would have people behind the counter that understand what the customers are asking for. Service has never been so slow in any Tim Hortons as it is these days. The lack of pride in the work behind the counter is very very very obvious and the lack of caring on Tim Horton's part is even worse. Put people in there that understand what I'm asking for and start caring about your customers again

I usually go at this location during my lunch break and I found this is the best Tim Hortons in HRM. Rajdeep Kaur is one of the best employees and she is always really friendly and helpful. I wish her the best. Even though the whole staff is great at this place.
This experience was very disappointing. The two female staff members at the counter were rushing me while I was trying to log in to my account to collect my points. Despite my explanation, they insisted I skip it and proceed with payment. I’ve always enjoyed visiting Tim Hortons, but this was the first time I felt pressured and uncomfortable during my visit.
Takes a long time to order.
Bought a donut with a chunk taken out of it.
