Today’s drive-thru experience was very disappointing. The female staff member taking our order was quite rude. We clearly asked for two hot teas, but she entered two hot coffees instead. This was a minor mistake and we corrected it immediately, but instead of apologizing, she became upset and accused us of asking for hot coffees in the first place. It was unreasonable and frustrating to have her take her anger out on customers over such a small issue. This interaction really affected our experience. I hope this Tim Hortons can improve the customer service attitude and training of their drive-thru staff.

Ill start by saying this is my favorite Tim's in the city because the staff is friendly and its the Tim's thats least likely to mess up your order. I am giving three stars because they have an issue with staff leaving people waiting at the drive through speaker until the order is ready to keep there drive through times low causing a back up in vehicles and customers arguing with other customers. Stop cheating the drive through times and I will change my 3 star to 5 star

Bad experience with Tim Hortons, Visited this Tim Hortons expecting to order a French Vanilla, but it wasn’t available. Since this is a core menu item, it was disappointing not to have it in stock or be offered a clear explanation or alternative. I understand that things happen, but consistency is important, especially for popular drinks.
