Service was atrocious. Immediately following our dinner I emailed feedback. No response. A week later I printed that email and snail mailed it. Two weeks later still no acknowledgement. Wasn’t asking for my bill to be written off - just appreciate the feedback and indicate action will be taken 6:00 on a Friday night and a bottle of Pinot Grigio was NOT available Wine that was served came in a bucket of water with a few ice cubes I had to serve it myself.
