Outstanding customer service!
I want to thank the team at Turkuaz for their amazing service. I had an issue with a DoorDash order that I never received, and one of the staff members took the time to really listen, understand the situation, and solve it with such kindness and professionalism. What impressed me the most, even beyond the food (which is delicious), was the customer service. You can tell they truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to make things right. I highly recommend this restaurant not only for the great food, but for their outstanding service and genuine care.

Everything was delicious: the chicken was cooked to perfection, the rice was tasty, the salad was fresh, the sauces were flavorfull. Everything had the right temperature, too. The ambiance is calm, with nice music in the background at the right volume to be able to speak across the table. Staff was helpful, respectful and very friendly. I recommend!

We really enjoyed the food here. The portions were generous. Our waiter was very attentive and polite. We will be back for sure. The only thing I would recommend is that they provide sharper knives because the lamb is hard to cut with the dull knives they provided.

That's my experience. Yours might be different. To know the right answer, you should try it yourself! The location is weird, but in a new developed area with plenty 😉😄 of parking! The layout and decorations seem elegant ✨️😍 and cozy. The cleanliness is plausible. The waiting time to be seated is plausible; we found spots immediately 🤗! Staff are friendly and welcoming 🙏🙂! The time to get the order is acceptable 🙌. The food 😋😍 is really delicious and plenty! Prices are affordable and acceptable. You can say $$! Food WAS good but has been steadily declining in quality and tasste for the past few months. Not sure if the owner is trying to cut costs on the expense of the food or fired the original good chefs. Too bad. This place was good.

Ordered take-out on Uber Eats, portion sizes are phenomenal as always! Chicken is tender and cooked perfectly!! Only place I order from if I want a nutritious meal. Also mentioned it was my sister’s birthday and they threw in some extra of her favourite sauce and a free dessert! 100/10 :)

Unfortunately, they have passed their glorious days. They set the temperature to extremely cold, and their customers have to wear their outside coats. They don't clean the dining tables and washrooms properly. Some of their staff are uneducated. Their food does not match the description on their menu. They serve stall bread. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes; for example, don't expect them to not charge you for a super salty salad, and that happens quite often.

Bad customer service, I asked to bring spoon for me ,she brought me with her hand and put it on the table,I was shocked because it is very unprofessional, at least put it on napkin or small plate,for this part I give zero star because they were so bad with customer ,and totally the waiters don't pay attention to the customers, also the food was so blandness, you pay alot for really noting,today was my birthday and my experience was awful ?.

Awesome and authentic Beyti Sarma 10/10. I ordered on UberEats but I would love to visit in-person next time.

Beyti Sarma comes with Coban salad (my beloved). Not sure if it’s because it was a delivery but the tomato sauce and yoghurt came seperately so I was able to add each to my liking and balance. 10/10 would recommend the Beyti Sarma heavily
