Delicious food and great service! The mixed grill was juicy and flavorful, the appetizers (loved the hummus) were excellent, tasty rice and salad and the view of the Bedford Basin made it even better. Comfortable seating and a very sweet, attentive server. Highly recommend! We all left stuffed !!

Turkuaz Restaurant on Bedford Highway is truly a gem! They offer an amazing selection of delicious dishes, full of authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. Every meal we’ve tried has been excellent, and the variety ensures there’s something for everyone. The service is always top-notch—friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Whether for a casual meal or a special evening out, Turkuaz never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Aug. 10, 2025. Dinner. We phoned an hour in advance to reserve a table on a Sunday evening. Our first time at this restaurant. Excellent service, and very tasty food. I ordered the beet salad with a lamb pieces on top for protein. The lamb was tender and perfectly done. The salad was delicious. Ordered the Kunefe for dessert and it was lovely, warm and sweet. My dinner companions ordered chicken shish and the mixed kabob platter. We shared a mix appetizer platter made of several...
