My wife and I had lunch at the Chain Yard today, in Halifax NS. In a word it sucked. The place claims to make Urban Cider, paint thinner would be a better word. The cider was $10 a can and was disgusting. It tasted like vinegar. The food was below average. I got two meatball marinara slider about the size of golf balls for $14, there was so much salt in them, they were almost grainy. My wife had the UK vegan chili fries with cheddar, for $17. I have tried their cider at another restaurant and really wanted to go and see them at their’s when they’re for my 50th birthday and loved it it was great if I wasn’t flying home I would bring some cider home
